BUYER BEWARE!!! After going through everything i went through with florida fine cars I think I would have been better off taking public transportation! I signed a contract with them for the car im curren through with florida fine cars I think I would have been better off taking public transportation! I signed a contract with them for the car im currently driving and about 3 weeks later I get a call saying the bank that was supposed to finance the car decided to decline the deal. I went to the dealership to take the car back to try to have my deposit refunded and the general manager told me to hold off because he was going to make the bank go through with the loan which failed again. They called me up a few days later and told me they got me another company to finance my car for only $20 more than my original monthly payments with the same percentage on the interest. What they didnt tell me is that they secretly told the company i was putting down an extra $1000 on the down payment and didnt inform me that the interest rate would be over 25%. I told them i didnt want to go through with the deal because thats not what was in the original contract and the guy from finance said he will charge me $50 a day and 80 cents per mile from the day i had been driving the car if i didnt sign the deal and made it seem like it was my fault the original deal didnt work out and was xxxx bent on making me pay extra for their mistake. They are completely unprofessional, corrupt, non-trustworthy and absolutely clueless. I would never recommend this dealership and i hope that those who read this will think twice before doing business with florida fine cars. More

Would not stand behind a vehicle they sold after just 30 miles. There response "nothing I can do". Nothing they want to do. "its not my problem" I guess thhis is why the miles. One week after the purchase the vehicle overhetaed due to leaky water pump <they had to know> it had to be leaking on their site. I guess thats why I could not move it from the parking spot. They did not want me to see it. $980.00 repair and I'm told by Kevin that "its not his problem and nothing I can do". Poor pofessional. Will not return calls. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! GO VERY FAR AWAY!! BEWARE!!!! More

I checked the Car-fax and the information was consistent with what they described. I had a price range and they were able to maintain my payments with in it. The staff made for a pleasant experience. Everyone there were courteous and considerate I would highly recommend this dealer, and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from them. More

I had bought a car (2001 BMW 528i) from this dealership previously. Was considering trading, went and looked at the website and found exactly what I wanted with a price to match. From the time I walked into the showroom I was treated very courtiously and without any pressure. The salesman Mark, was very friendly and knowledgable, and helped me find a great car on their lot. When it came time to agree on a price, the sales manager, Chase was very willing to negotiate a great price for me. After I bought the car and drove it for a few days, there were a few minor items that needed attention. When I called to tell them, they said "just bring the car back and we will be happy to take care of it for you". They kept their word and fixed it at absolutely no charge! I highly recommend Florida Fine Cars to anyone, and they can expect a good car at a great price, and a staff that stands behind it! More

I went in looking for a used car.Expecting the worst from a used car dealer.But what a surprise to meet such a great salesperson. Her name is Maryam.She is such a wonderful person and helped me fine a nice 06 Land Rover LR3.She never tried to push any car on me that I didn't like and is a very sincere person.Together with their finance guy Joseph(the best) , I got to take my car home that night.Yes the car had some little minor repairs but that's why its called a used car.(I knew that before I bought the car).Now I am rebuilding my credit and enjoying my car.Thanks to all at Fla Fine Cars for helping me make what I thought was going to be a nightmare into such a great experience . i give this terrible rating to a terrible company. they list a 2003 dodge ram 3500 for 12,999 i get there n its 14,999 they say cold a/c n i get there to test drive it and it has a check engine light on an list a 2003 dodge ram 3500 for 12,999 i get there n its 14,999 they say cold a/c n i get there to test drive it and it has a check engine light on and the a/c blew hot. they say "they fixed the a/c" but less then 20 minutes i have hot air again. mind u the ad said a warranty was there for the vehicle. so they draw up the papers and there is no warranty. so im like ok. less then 24 hours the truck breaks down and i have to put out 1100 for a injector. 900 for my a/c and over 1000 for misc.items the truck needed. this is a terrible company and i wouldnt reccomend my worst enemy to buy from this garbage dealership. thank to whomever ads this and takes warning. your friendly guy in the 03 fire red dodge ram 3500.
