First I would like to commend Mr. Louis Obregon that I meet him two years ago which we develop a great relationship. My first experience was getting a BMW SUV that needed to be shipped to St Thomas the Virgin Island for a friend of the family. I test drove the vehicle. I thought about getting it for myself. It was a great experience with the process which went so smooth. The second vehicle was a Nissan Maxima I drove it and loved it for my son. My third experience was my vehicle got totaled on my birthday last month. The first place I though about was Florida Fine Cars and Mr. louis Obregon. I came in two days after my birthday. I found a Black Nissan Altima SV which was down in Miami he made the call to get the vehicle to West Palm Beach Florida Fine Cars. I was able to drive the car. One day later I am a new owner of Nissan Altima Sv. Mr. D. Alveraz was the finance manager did an excellent job. I promise I will continue to sent great customers to a dealership that is way ahead of any dealership that I been to. Marck approaches us in the lot and asked if we needed help with anything, so we asked if we could test drive the vehicle. He was so accommodating and pulled the car up for us very quickly! Marck let us take the car on not only ONE test drive, but TWO just so that we could make sure it was what we wanted!
