As Is, Buyer Beware My Step Daughter purchased a 2012 Jeep wrangler on Dec. 31st, 2015 Only to return it the following day for mechanical issue due to a aftermarket cooli My Step Daughter purchased a 2012 Jeep wrangler on Dec. 31st, 2015 Only to return it the following day for mechanical issue due to a aftermarket cooling system, which only turned out to be 1 of the many issues with this vehicle. After numerous weeks without the Pre-owned vehicle she had purchased and weeks of frustration nothing was getting accomplished. on top of this, it seems that the dealership was unaware that the vehicle was a Canadian title. They stated they didn't know. Really? Unfortunately, she is stuck with this Vehicle because she made a mistake as a young adult. Always do your research, and buy from a reliable dealership. We do appreciated that they attempted to make things right. But, the aftermarket ac fan isnt working, the transmission is having issues and now the check engine light is on. maybe we will get a itemized list of everything they said they did. or not, More

6 SMELLY HOURS OF xxxx I've been receiving mailings from Capitol One for a Pre-Approval up to $35000 for a car loan. I finally took them up on it because we just had a child I've been receiving mailings from Capitol One for a Pre-Approval up to $35000 for a car loan. I finally took them up on it because we just had a child and needed a 4 door! They told me online that I needed to go to Florida Fine Cars in West Palm Beach, As soon as my wife and I got out of our vehicles, we were approached by a salesman! I knew what I was looking for,so it wasn't a big deal with the typical used car B.S. When he finally found the keys for the vehicle i found online, we went on a test drive, My wife noticed a smell, a nasty smell! They said a detailer put wet floor mats in the back and that was the cause! They xxxxxx around with the financing due to our OK credit! Needless to say Capitol One, did not approve us, though we were (pre-approved)! We had to wait an extra 3 hours after we were finally approved by another bank before we could leave because the were fully detailing the car,which they don't normally do. but they are (for us)! Short story long. the set off several scent bombs to mask the smell of a dead rodent! 2 days later it smelled worse than before! My wife called and spoke to the detail manager and he argued with her like she created the problem! We arrived there at 1PM and left at 6:15! Also The vehicle is only 1 year old and there is no owners manual, we traded in a 19 yr. old car that had several owners and still had the manual! The vehicle also has locking wheel lug nuts with no key. They were quick to take my money $110. because I didn't have my title with me. I went home to get it and when I came back. I had to wait anther 20 min. for a (manager) to approve my refund, They are a JOKE! More
