I was exhausted undecided, and unexpecting when I found the car of my prayer. The team expedited with speed, excellent service to me and my needs. They were trustworthy, to the point, and made a deal of a lifetime for me. I left the dealer ship feeling excited, respected, and experience "world class service". They even washed my car and put Gas in my tank before sending me off with a beautiful leather and metal key ring gift. Best car buying experience ever!!! More

Finally treated right at a dealership I had the extreme pleasure of purchasing my most recent vehicle at Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach (1220 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 3 I had the extreme pleasure of purchasing my most recent vehicle at Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach (1220 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33409). I'd been without a vehicle for a month and a half and had consulted everyone from Carvana to Offlease Only and Napleton Hyundai. The day of my purchase on 10/24/16 I even went to Napleton Hyundai first because my dream vehicle was a Hyundai Tucson they had on sale there. But after arriving and explaining my wants, limits and why I chose them I proceeded to receive some of the worst customer service I've ever had at a dealership. The people were overly aggressive and not willing to work within my limits to get the sale finalized. Then I went off to Florida Fine Cars and spoke with my salesman Courtney King about a car I'd inquired about previously. Courtney was all business and I mean that in the good way. He was quick, efficient and honest all things I appreciate. Next came his boss Torrey Lunn the Sales Mgr at Florida Fine Cars and we talked numbers, etc. I took the car for a test drive, fell in love with it and decided I'd go for it. Torrey and Courtney made me comfortable, answered all my questions and got me set up for purchase with the Finance Mgr Mohammed Al-Balushi. Mohammed processed my sale quickly and even helped me to get a extended maintenance plan at a great rate and even handled my registration. The team at Florida Fine Cars is "Top Notch" and I'm even sending family and friends there after loving my purchase with them. No pressure to buy, no dealership fees and great customer service. Not for Out-of-State Buyers My purchase of a car from VA was difficult because Florida Fine Cars did not want to accept a deposit for me to get to FL to see the car. I wasn't willing to travel if it was not guaranteed that the car would be there the next day! Salesman Mike Butine was very persistent and helpful to get the management to accept a $1000 deposit into their bank account. It was promised to me by the manager that this deposit would be refunded to me the next business day after I purchased the car. Two weeks later, I still did not have the refund and Torrey Lunn, manager, refused to take my calls or return them. Finally, Mike Butine stepped in and got the check mailed to me. Florida Fine Cars insisted upon doing the titling and registration despite the fact that I have bought a car in FL before and did all of that work myself when I got home. This also took a lot of phone calls and I had to stay on top of the matter because two weeks later, they had not submitted the paperwork for the title! They have a dept. at the Miami location that handles it. My temporary tag expired and I was stopped by a policeman for not having registration and expired tags. I was told I was not allowed to drive the car! More calls to Miami, and a new temporary tag was mailed to me. It has now been 5 weeks since purchasing the car, and I still do not have title/registration. I could have done all of this in one day on my own in VA. I have read another review on here that also says Torrey does not return calls when a problem arises. More

Top notch This purchase was made after spending four months researching not just the car that was being bought, but also the dealership it would be procured fro This purchase was made after spending four months researching not just the car that was being bought, but also the dealership it would be procured from. After driving by the Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach, and looking them up on the internet, it became obvious that they would be an obvious choice in compare to Off Lease Only whose Palm Beach location had a quite a lot of negative feedback from their cars and sales persons reported online. This review is being written 6 months after the purchase, and glad to say, I'm not disappointed. In fact I'm beyond impressed. The car hasn't broken down, nor made any funny noises. Gets amazing gas mileage, and even withstood a road trip to the keys without any issue. It still had 35 months of warranty upon purchasing it despite it being used, which was actually put to use the day my keys were accidentally locked in the car. Incidentally, that was one of the things I was skeptical about because it was mentioned that Hyundai didn't always honor their warranty after transfer. Happily proven wrong. Already knowing what car I was looking for, it was as simple as walking onto the lot and being spotted by one of the at the time Salesmen who has since been promoted to manager status if I recall correctly. For good reason too, he made the buying process very simplistic and even assisted with talking to my car insurance representative to get the paperwork finalized to drive it off the lot. The real noteworthy mention of this dealership, they helped me learn that I was in fact capable of procuring the car myself without a co-signer and explaining the sensible reasoning behind doing such a thing. Procuring a line of credit with a bad credit score was something that had been bogging me down for quite sometime. The main reason I even jumped at their APR rate, is because after speaking to my Credit Union they mentioned they would only be able to give me the same rate, but only if my default status on my student loans were taken care of. The local Napleton Hyundai tried to their APR by a whole 7 percent more in comparison to the offers Florida Fine Cars could procure. Not to mention the other mainline car dealers kept trying to talk me into cars different from what I was aiming for. There was none of that done at FFC. William straight up listened to me and didn't try to sway me from my decision in the least. He only made mention of cars in the same vein that were actually of interest to me and has since been helpful whenever there was a need for me to go back to the dealership for menial things like paperwork. All and all, if it's a car you're looking for, do give Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach a try. Also, don't be afraid to look at cars with previous accidents. Mine was in one, and from the way it drives and looks, you'd never even know without the car fax (which is provided without any excuses). Thanks guys! More
