Dishonest finance department I am a first time car buyer and while my experience purchasing my car ( a 2013 Honda Accord coupe LX-S) at FFC west palm beach on dec 31 2016 was grea I am a first time car buyer and while my experience purchasing my car ( a 2013 Honda Accord coupe LX-S) at FFC west palm beach on dec 31 2016 was great, the customer service I have recived AFTER the deal has been made has been disgraceful. I have been continuously lied to and my concerns ignored since I purchased my vehicle. Specifically Mohammad in finance is the employee I worked with who has lied to me about a service contract he included in my loan with out my full knowledge as to what I was signing for. He purposely left out information like the additional $1500 it would add to the life of my loan. If I knew the price of the contract I would have kindly decline to have it my mistake. so I go down to FFC Jan 16th to cancel my service contract a 3.5 drive from where I live after numerous phone calls that have been ignored. I sign the papers to cancel the contract after I finally recieve my "contract" and what is covered under it even though I no longer need it. Over 30 days later I still don't see my refund but apparently it can take up to 60 days to post but we'll see how much truth is in that statement. Mohammad was very pleasant before I signed the loan and did everything to make me happy to get me to sign. I was told that I would get a spare key to my car. Multiple phone calls and almost 2 months later no key has surfaced that was promised to me back in January. Every time I call Mohammad I get told that I'm working on it and that I will recive a call back. I NEVER get called back. That is the type of company this is, once they have your money and your stuck in a contract the customer service goes out the window. When I got my financing though FFC I had to verify my loan with the bank. Everyday Mohammad called me, left voicemails and followed up for me to verify my loan. It's sad that he doesn't have the same URGENCY to fix my issues that I am having. This company has no integrity and it is sad that my first car buying experience was so negative. Next time I will definitely go through a brand name dealership instead of a used car establishment such as Florida Fine Cars of west palm beach. the only good thing I have to say is that my car drives great and has no problems so far except a blown trunk light. Regret Purchasing a Car *They ended up doing the right thing I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONE. I bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 e I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONE. I bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 earlier this month. I had specifically asked if the car had a recent oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. basic car maintenance because I would be driving the car from south florida to Massachusetts for the holidays. I did not even get out of the state of Florida before my maintenance light went on. After getting up to Massachusetts I brought the car to a Toyota dealership where I had to spend $408.00. Guess what I had to spend that on? An oil change, tire rotation, air filter and alignment. I specifically asked those questions so I would not have to worry on the road. I understand they sell cars "as is" but the fact is I was lied to about the services. I would have gotten all of those items checked before my road trip if I had known that they DON'T check those things. It's a lot of fun going to the mechanic 11 days after purchasing a brand new car. I call Florida Fine cars to discuss this issue with them, they avoided ALL of my calls. Not one manager or general manager has called me back. I finally had to call and insist I be put on hold until the general manager came to the phone. I was told "Sweetie, that's not going to happen" by a manager. They are completely unprofessional, lying crooks. I asked both the manager and general manager what their procedure is when they get a car on their lot. Neither one of them could answer the question. They just want your money and nothing else. The manager told me the salesman I dealt with was fired. The general manager then said to me I have to speak with your salesman, I told him what the manager told me. Caught them in yet another lie. I regret purchasing a car from them. **Update: After many phone calls I was contacted via this website where Florida Fine Cars resolved the issue in a professional manner. Wish it hadn't of been so difficult but I am happy the issue has been taken care of. More

I was exhausted undecided, and unexpecting when I found the car of my prayer. The team expedited with speed, excellent service to me and my needs. They were trustworthy, to the point, and made a deal of a lifetime for me. I left the dealer ship feeling excited, respected, and experience "world class service". They even washed my car and put Gas in my tank before sending me off with a beautiful leather and metal key ring gift. Best car buying experience ever!!! More
