We worked with Louis Obregon who listened to our specific needs and helped us make the decision on the vehicle that best met those needs. Regret Purchasing a Car *They ended up doing the right thing I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONE. I bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 e I am an assistant general manager of a restaurant, I understand customer service extremely well.....this place has NONE. I bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 earlier this month. I had specifically asked if the car had a recent oil change, tire rotation, alignment, etc. basic car maintenance because I would be driving the car from south florida to Massachusetts for the holidays. I did not even get out of the state of Florida before my maintenance light went on. After getting up to Massachusetts I brought the car to a Toyota dealership where I had to spend $408.00. Guess what I had to spend that on? An oil change, tire rotation, air filter and alignment. I specifically asked those questions so I would not have to worry on the road. I understand they sell cars "as is" but the fact is I was lied to about the services. I would have gotten all of those items checked before my road trip if I had known that they DON'T check those things. It's a lot of fun going to the mechanic 11 days after purchasing a brand new car. I call Florida Fine cars to discuss this issue with them, they avoided ALL of my calls. Not one manager or general manager has called me back. I finally had to call and insist I be put on hold until the general manager came to the phone. I was told "Sweetie, that's not going to happen" by a manager. They are completely unprofessional, lying crooks. I asked both the manager and general manager what their procedure is when they get a car on their lot. Neither one of them could answer the question. They just want your money and nothing else. The manager told me the salesman I dealt with was fired. The general manager then said to me I have to speak with your salesman, I told him what the manager told me. Caught them in yet another lie. I regret purchasing a car from them. **Update: After many phone calls I was contacted via this website where Florida Fine Cars resolved the issue in a professional manner. Wish it hadn't of been so difficult but I am happy the issue has been taken care of. More

"World Class Service Today I left work after working a 13 hour night shift; not thinking I would buy a new car found my self at Florida Fine cars in WPB. I was exhausted undecided, and unexpecting when I found the car of my prayer. The team expedited with speed, excellent service to me and my needs. They were trustworthy, to the point, and made a deal of a lifetime for me. I left the dealer ship feeling excited, respected, and experience "world class service". They even washed my car and put Gas in my tank before sending me off with a beautiful leather and metal key ring gift. Best car buying experience ever!!! More

Finally treated right at a dealership I had the extreme pleasure of purchasing my most recent vehicle at Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach (1220 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 3 I had the extreme pleasure of purchasing my most recent vehicle at Florida Fine Cars of West Palm Beach (1220 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33409). I'd been without a vehicle for a month and a half and had consulted everyone from Carvana to Offlease Only and Napleton Hyundai. The day of my purchase on 10/24/16 I even went to Napleton Hyundai first because my dream vehicle was a Hyundai Tucson they had on sale there. But after arriving and explaining my wants, limits and why I chose them I proceeded to receive some of the worst customer service I've ever had at a dealership. The people were overly aggressive and not willing to work within my limits to get the sale finalized. Then I went off to Florida Fine Cars and spoke with my salesman Courtney King about a car I'd inquired about previously. Courtney was all business and I mean that in the good way. He was quick, efficient and honest all things I appreciate. Next came his boss Torrey Lunn the Sales Mgr at Florida Fine Cars and we talked numbers, etc. I took the car for a test drive, fell in love with it and decided I'd go for it. Torrey and Courtney made me comfortable, answered all my questions and got me set up for purchase with the Finance Mgr Mohammed Al-Balushi. Mohammed processed my sale quickly and even helped me to get a extended maintenance plan at a great rate and even handled my registration. The team at Florida Fine Cars is "Top Notch" and I'm even sending family and friends there after loving my purchase with them. No pressure to buy, no dealership fees and great customer service.
