Upon visiting the dealership Louis, our sales rep, was more than understanding of our situation and handled the entire process very professionally. There was no pressure or BS. He was straight forward and upfront with everything from the time we stepped in. The car buying process is one of my least favorite things to do. Peter who is the assistant sales manager is the one who helped me and he went so far as to introduce me to his GSM Tori. Both of them were very engenic and both went out of their way. Even Mohamid in finance jump through loops to get me financed in my new BMW. I can't leave out Nelson who did the insurance. He saved my mom and I almost $100 a month by switching our insurance and getting us the best plan for our budget. The whole crew there is fantastic. And their selection of cars is like no other.
