Did not get my second key fob. Had a great initial experience buying my X5 up until it was time to deliver the second key fob (a $500 dealer item). The salesman indicated the secon Had a great initial experience buying my X5 up until it was time to deliver the second key fob (a $500 dealer item). The salesman indicated the second key fob "was in the system" and that it would be mailed to me after I bought the car. Well, after many phone calls to the Miami location (where the keys are allegedly kept) and calls to the WPB location, I got the continual runaround that it must have been entered incorrectly in the system and that there's no second key. I can't believe that these people would rather take the bad publicity and negative word of mouth rather than buy a second key fob and make things right. Weak. If you buy a car from this place, make sure you do so with eyes wide open because what you see is all you'll get. And by the way, two months later and I still don't have the title! More
