I bought a 2012 bmw 328i with only 52,000 miles on July 23rd in cash that they said was a good car that is accident free and after only 5 weeks later and only 400 miles driven the transmission needs to be replaced. I took my car to a BMW dealership when my car was not able to go over 40 miles an hour. They assessed the car and told me that the transmission needs to be replaced. And they also showed me where the car had been painted although I have the car fax that Florida fine cars gave me stating the car was never in an accident. I went back to Florida fine cars Where they said too bad that I didn’t get an extended warranty. I said really? They Didn’t want to help me at all however after I posted a bad review, a received a call from the loyalty manager for all of the Florida fine cars where she said she was going to work something out with me. I told Ana the loyalty manager that I have the contract of the previous person who bought the car from them on May 19, 2018 and he returned it to them a few days later and then they sold it to me. They obviously knew the car was not good. The loyalty manager said that she has no record of the car being sold to anyone but me however when I send her the pictures of the contract of the previous owner she said oh ok I’ll look into it. After going back and forth since last Friday she just called me to tell me that there’s nothing they can do for me cause it’s over the 5 day grace period and that the state of Florida does not have a lemon law for used cars. I said it’s unfortunate that they don’t appreciate the lifetime value of a customer since I was actually thinking about buying another car from them later this year. I had to trade the car in at Bramans bmw for $3,000 and purchase another car when I just paid over $13,500 5 weeks previous to Florida fine cars. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP cause they can’t be trusted. More
