When customers fill out our online Appraisal form, the provided estimate is based solely on the information provided, offering a preliminary figure. However, for a precise appraisal amount, we highly recommend a visit to our dealership. Several factors, including mileage, interior and exterior condition, and mechanical assessments, contribute to determining the final amount. Regarding your specific case, it appears that after reviewing our records and the information you provided, you returned after our technician had completed their work for the day. Our sales manager explained that the vehicle needed an inspection before further processing, a step integral to purchasing the vehicle, which unfortunately you declined at that time. We hope this explanation sheds light on our appraisal process and how we determine the final value of a vehicle.
