I usually don’t write reviews but it’s necessary to give credit when it’s due. First, the salesman Guy Michel was very professional, respectful, attentive, and considerate. He made my family and I feel sooo comfortable and at ease with our purchase. He took the time to show us all the cars that we were interested in and made sure that the test drive was sufficient and asked us questions to reaffirm that we were comfortable and enjoyed the way that the car was driving. After the test drive, he diligently completed all of our paperwork and went over all the car fax information with no hassle. After all the necessary paperwork was completely, another gentleman by the name Marco, handled the financing part of the process. He worked persistently until he got us approved with a low interest rate despite the status of our credit scores. Overall, all I can is Thank You Mr. Guy Michel and Marco for such an amazing and at ease experience for a process that has the potential to be extremely stressful. You guys were AMAZING! Moreover, I must add that the facility is extremely clean, well kept, and have a wide variety of cars!
