MY EXPERIENCE 06/29/2016 So I initially came in because my 2013 Malibu turned off on me while driving. In shock and anger I retired to Florida Fine Cars Miami. Waiting about 30 minutes because they were extremely busy. But I was acknowledged upon arrival immidiately. Which I liked. Frankly Diaz as well as Roland Patino made my day. I started off furious thinking my car wouldn't be finished by the end of the day but with their effort It was. Roland called made sure my warranty would cover the charges, and he even got them to pay for my diagnostic( which saved me $100.00) imagine my excitement. Kenneth Wala Review I have been a customer at Florida Fine Cars for over 2 years. As a client and my frequent visit for service, I have seen many people who have came and I have been a customer at Florida Fine Cars for over 2 years. As a client and my frequent visit for service, I have seen many people who have came and gone within months and sometimes weeks. The way the service department was run made it very difficult to want to fix your car because of the time it took, customer service issues and non consistency of service advisors. I have been working with Roland for about 7 months now and it has been a mere pleasure working with him. He is not only brutally honest but he has a wide variety of knowledge about cars due to his mechanic expertise previously. His knowledge as well as his customer service has been a pleasure. He did recently charge me 3100 for my last visit which is normal but i felt like the money i spent was for necessary reasoning and not just mechanics who add unnecessary work just to make a quick buck. My mechanic and Roland took me to the bay and showed me everything in description about what was wrong with my car. The technician as well was very knowledgeable on german engineering which is also very hard to find these days. Previously if you would have asked if i would recommend Florida fine cars to anyone, i would have told them to run away. Now i can say go visit Roland because he will definitely take care of you. I appreciate Rolands honesty and how he kept me abreast of everything. More
