best experience getting a new car!!! I bought my BMW from florida fine cars I was surprised by the size of this dealership I was expecting a 50 car lot but this place was 10 times bigger. Beware! Beware of these snakes! I purchased a car from them and turned in my previous car. They promised to pay the pay off of my car (2 months) and may 26 co Beware of these snakes! I purchased a car from them and turned in my previous car. They promised to pay the pay off of my car (2 months) and may 26 comes by and Im still charged because they never paid the pay off. I called them and managers can only tell me that the check was sent to the wrong bank.. (thats not my problem) for 2 weeks i waited and they said I'd recieve a check.. ofcourse that didnt happen and was never even given a call back. Had I known this wouldve happened I wou;d have never purchased from this dealer. The managers are worse. They tell you to be patient and being patient is what I have been for far too long with these people. All they care is about selling you the car and then can carless about the rest of your concerns. My last resort is to get myself a lawyer since "Valentino" the manager whom has not helped one bit cant even give me a call back after promising one. More

The experience was great, they where loyal and did not give me that bad dealer experience that most people get when you feel forced to buy something you really don't want.
