Working with Elias Contreras made the pressures of being burdened with a car note not feel so bad. He was patient and accommodating to my needs as well as wants since I was making a purchase due to my original perfectly paid for 2003 Nissan Pathfinder LS being totaled in an accident to which the other driver never stopped. I was under pressure and sort of rushed for time due to the rental return being due the following day. Thank you for your friendly assistance and the provided knowledge regarding my purchase as well as your prompt attention to any questions or concerns that I had. Honestly, I can't lie and say that I totally utilized the dealers own website because truecar.com was a really big help in making my decision to purchase at this location. So far so good and thanks again Elias and now on to the first car payment...lol!!! More

One Of The Best I never wanted to get a car from a dealership because I thought that all of them just wanted my money and not try to help me. He got me approve for a car I thought I was never going to drive and Andrew was a great advisor. An Awesome Experience! We were treated with infinite care and professionalism. We love the car that we bought and know that our fully loaded 2014 RX 350 Lexus SUV with 14,000 miles was an incredible deal. Chase and Chris and their respective sales and service people took care of all of our needs and concerns in selling our old car and buying the new one. Dream Car!!!! Fabian found my dream car for a great price. I also got a great payment. I told him I always wanted an E class Mercedes but I couldn't afford it. Well Fabian found my dream car for a great price. I also got a great payment. I told him I always wanted an E class Mercedes but I couldn't afford it. Well he found the car for me. He wasn't trying to be pushy but by the time I got to the dealer two people had an appointment for my car. I'm glad he told me. I made the right decision to take the car that morning. I submitted my information the night before so I could get approved. John Clark did an amazing job at getting me approved at a good rate. It didn't take long for me to sign my paper work.
