Especially the sale man Jordan just want to get his commission and dont want to help you with anything to give you a good price and he is not professional at all. I found out my windshield wiper is broken 2 days after purchased the car and I called Jordan to tell him about it. He told me to go to target to get a new one and dont come to Florida Fine Car because we charge you more than that. Are they suppose to give me a new one since the car just purchased for 2 days and I will not find out it broken if it not raining!! Also dont listen to the finance guy about buying the warranty service. He will say that you need to buy the warranty service in order to get the loan approved from the bank. I called and the bank told me that it not true and the bank never required anyone to purchase warranty in order to get the rate approve. It based on your credit not the warranty.. So think carefully before you come to buy a car at this place, especially first time car buyer. I forget to mention that I almost got a ticket due to my temporary license plate expired, this is the first dealership that took almost 2 month to get the license plate...They will put you in a trap if you are first time car buyer..sticker price of my car is about $16000 but out of the door price turn out to be $21000 so tbere is no dealer fee but alot of other trap make you fall in for more fee!!They dont tell you the fee upfront and didnt give you time to read the contract beside keep ask you to sign it!! Dont be another victim !! More

Great experience, Thank you Kelly This is the first time I have purchased a used vehicle through a non-brand exclusive, non-CPO dealership. In the past, I have only purchased directly This is the first time I have purchased a used vehicle through a non-brand exclusive, non-CPO dealership. In the past, I have only purchased directly from BMW, Mercedes, or Audi dealerships either new or CPO. I was very apprehensive about going to a reseller that offered 'as is' purchases and was afraid that I would have no recourse should problems arise. Florida Fine Cars was also located in MIA, and I was in Orlando. What tipped me over to at least visiting Florida Fine Cars was the low mileage of the specific vehicle I had been looking for. They had a 2012 335i (twin scroll, not twin turbo) available with the color combination I had been looking for with only 17,000 miles on it. They also had a 'too good to be true' price which was 9k to 11k less than the area BMW dealers for similarly equipped cars. I called before I went, and spoke to sales associate Kelly Wallace. Kelly advised that the vehicle was still available. She met me at the door when I arrived. Kelly was very accommodating with my questions and examination of the vehicle. The vehicle was in pristine condition, but (from long experience with these cars) I noticed a slight misalignment of the front left fender, and indication that a fender bolt was removed on the inside door jam, as well as a mismatched non-run flat tire mounted at that corner. During a brief respite in the rain, we raised and lowered the hardtop convertible. I took the car for a test drive, and the steering felt a bit dead but since it was raining heavily, I attributed the feel to the standing water on the road we were driving on and the tire mismatch. I did not push the car, or go on the highway. When we returned I popped the hood and observed a pristine and unmolested engine compartment with no telltale evidence of repaint, paint indentation on bolt heads, or mechanical work of any kind. The normal expected road dust was still uniformly coating the entire compartment; it was not washed away and artificially coated with Armor-All to cover neglect or hard use. I asked for a Carfax report, which they instantly produced. The report verified my suspicion of a prior fender bender which had been reported a year and a half earlier. No other issues were indicated and the Carfax score was above the high end of the range. I was given a semi private area (cubicle) to discuss the pros and cons of the purchase with my wife. I called my current BMW dealer and gave them the VIN to confirm the in service date, and see if the 4 year 50,000 mile warranty was still in effect. They confirmed that I was good to go until March 2016. While I was on the line I asked about the current BMW finance rate for my credit score and they advised I would receive 4.7%. This would allow me to compare Florida Fine Cars finance offerings if we reached that point. I spoke with Kelly again and discussed how they come by cars, volume of sales, warranty, etc. She brought her manager in to help answer any questions and did not rush or push me. My wife and children were offered coffee and hot chocolate while they waited. They are a volume seller with a percentile markup. Sales are ‘as is’ and no warranty is expressed or implied. Basically, once you sign you have little recourse other than existing manufacturer warranty or extended warranty after purchase. I felt comfortable with moving forward with the purchase given the mileage and condition of the car, and my 23 years of BMW ownership and repairs. I knew there might be a steering or wheel issue because of the dead feel, mismatched tire and slight vibration, but I also knew the 3 series had moved to assisted steering technology and I was unfamiliar with the road transmission to the wheel. I expected to have to cosmetically re-align the fender also. Kelly introduced me to Jose Zamora in the finance department and we discussed rates. I will not go into the details, but suffice to say that Jose gave me an excellent rate that made financing through Florida Fine cars a good choice. Tags/ temp plate was issued and in an hour I was on my way back to Orlando. During the 2.5 hour ride, I confirmed the odd steering feel which turned into a slight vibration at highway speed. Steering still felt non responsive and odd. I made an appointment at my BMW dealership and took the car in for a service. When I left the garage, I noticed I had a flat in the front right tire. I put air in and waited at the dealership for the service. The technicians reported the front rims both slightly bent (which I half expected) and a rear rim even less bent. All three rims were straightened for $300 as I waited. I requested two new front tires and they replaced them under warranty. The dealership conducted the 15K service again (under warranty, even though the service had been performed 13 months ago. The entire service call totaled $510 dollars (most items were covered) and the vehicle was now mechanically perfect. I bought the fender bolt that was missing from the dealership while I was there and spent 3 hours removing and rehanging the front fender correctly. The car is now pristine, no interior wear, mechanically perfect, and acquired for approximately $9K less than the BMW dealership. Florida Fine cars is an excellent new or CPO dealer alternative, provided you are an informed buyer. The people are not pushy, and Kelly is very nice; attentive when you need her and provides space when you don’t. Jose worked hard to get a great rate, and was chock full of advice. I was able to poke around the vehicle as much as I wanted to, and if I had a question that couldn’t be immediately answered they found me the answer within a few minutes. My wife and I have talked a few times afterward about the positive experience we had there, and what a pleasant and unexpected surprise it was. Thank you, Kelly for an informed low pressure sales experience and helping me save money on an excellent low mileage ‘fun’ vehicle. More
