EXCELLENT CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently purchased a Hyundai Genesis from Florida Fine Cars and my experience with everyone involved was above and beyond GREAT!!! My sales person, I recently purchased a Hyundai Genesis from Florida Fine Cars and my experience with everyone involved was above and beyond GREAT!!! My sales person, Amy Miller took excellent care of me and was honest with me about every detail of the car. She was also super patient and put up with my OCD and meticulous nature. She understood my needs and got my payments exactly where I needed them to be along with the finance team, The night we purchased the car the dealership was about to close and she stayed and told me they would detail, wash and buff my car the next day since it was past 11pm. The very next day Joe De La Cruz picked up my car from my job and took it to the dealership and had it detailed, washed and buffed as promised. When he brought it back I still saw a couple of imperfections on my 2013 car. Not only did Amy not complain but she told me to bring it back and they would buff it out again and make it look brand new. Today Franky Diaz buffed my car and truly my car looks brand new!!! All of this wonderful service was done with a smile and they did not charge me one extra dime. I want to personally thank ALL the staff at Florida Fine Cars for making me one happy client! Lastly to Amy Miller, I will be sure to send anyone I know who is looking to buy a car your way. Thank you for going the extra mile and being so accommodating. Life Changing Experience I purchased a car from this dealership and they were unbelievably awesome. These people went out their way to help me and to get me into a car that I I purchased a car from this dealership and they were unbelievably awesome. These people went out their way to help me and to get me into a car that I really wanted. The sales rep that helped me name was Greg Brown. He was amazing! He greeted me as soon as he saw me, and was absolutely patient with me about making my decision. I knew I drove him crazy by having him run back and forth was he was really patient and understanding with me! He didn't push me into buying a vehicle and helped me into picking out the right car for me. I valued his honest opinions! If you ever go to Florida Fine Cars which I recommend, don't forget to ask for Greg because he will make sure you get your full car experience. He was the best, hands down!!
