First time USED car purchase I would like to write that this was my first used car purchase experience. I must say it was pretty good. I had the pleasure to work with Aimee Mill I would like to write that this was my first used car purchase experience. I must say it was pretty good. I had the pleasure to work with Aimee Miller and she was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and most of all professional. I had to bring in my car for service and she actually went far and beyond by making sure she was present to greet me. While I understand that it cannot be done every single time, it was nice to be acknowledged. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Jose Zamora. He was my finance rep and was also very patient. He answered all my questions with courteous manner and concise answers. He was also very professional and amicable. Thank you for making this purchase easy and comfortable. From the finance manager that worked my deal so that I would get the best deal considering my poor credit score to a manager that went above and beyond to resolve any glitches in the process, I have found an excellent level of service and have left knowing that I will return to purchase my next vehicle at this dealership. Even weeks after I purchased my car, the service manger made sure that any minor issue I had with the car, were addressed like the key not working properly. I highly recommend this dealership!!!!
