What an experience! I'm normally not easily enticed into buying anything. For the most part I'm a lot smarter than the sales person. Especially the sale man Jordan just want to get his commission and dont want to help you with anything to give you a good price and he is not professional at all. I found out my windshield wiper is broken 2 days after purchased the car and I called Jordan to tell him about it. He told me to go to target to get a new one and dont come to Florida Fine Car because we charge you more than that. Are they suppose to give me a new one since the car just purchased for 2 days and I will not find out it broken if it not raining!! Also dont listen to the finance guy about buying the warranty service. He will say that you need to buy the warranty service in order to get the loan approved from the bank. I called and the bank told me that it not true and the bank never required anyone to purchase warranty in order to get the rate approve. It based on your credit not the warranty.. So think carefully before you come to buy a car at this place, especially first time car buyer. I forget to mention that I almost got a ticket due to my temporary license plate expired, this is the first dealership that took almost 2 month to get the license plate...They will put you in a trap if you are first time car buyer..sticker price of my car is about $16000 but out of the door price turn out to be $21000 so tbere is no dealer fee but alot of other trap make you fall in for more fee!!They dont tell you the fee upfront and didnt give you time to read the contract beside keep ask you to sign it!! Dont be another victim !! More

Even under pressure and dealing with irate and unreasonable clients, was still able to accomadate myself and many others while infusing her service expertise. Every company needs a Melanie Bowles.
