I went there with the intention about the run-a-round with the price, but that didn't happen. There was no hassling, no pressure and this was by far the best I've ever been treated when purchasing a car. I purchased a used 2005 Jeep Wrangler from Florence Toyota with a drive train warranty, I was having trouble with it jumping out of gear when I first took off. I took it in an they finally said that it needed a new clutch after they replaced it for the cost of the parts which was about $400.00 it started leaking oil, then told me it differial seal so they replaced them for another $400.00, took it back and they said it would take awhile for the thing to seal, so I got upset with the their service dept. and took it to the Jeep people and they said that the head gasket was leaking so they replaced that for a $1000.00 and it seems to be Ok now I think. It seems to me that Florence Toyota's service dept. did not want to stand behind there sales, so I am upset only with the service you receive there, not with Fred Coleman he is a great sales person. Being a sued car, there were a couple of items that we wanted worked on and Fred and used car manager was more than happy to make sure we were set up witha n appointment before we left the lot to have those items taken care of.
