4 Hour oil change :::::::::::: I was not very happy with the service department on my visit for a oil change on my 2010 toyota tacoma . Way to long and was stuck waiting and playing I was not very happy with the service department on my visit for a oil change on my 2010 toyota tacoma . Way to long and was stuck waiting and playing phone tag with the service department to schuttle me back to get my truck . As always this excuse was being unorganized due to new construction and tech training ....................unexceptable get a grip my time is just as important then yours CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ............they should fire everyone in the service department and start over . I will get rid of my truck and get a chevy or ford . Like I said word around town hurts the buisness and customers are valuable to the business. Its not the first time and it will be the last !! My credit was not the best ever due to life doing a number on me over the last few months. Florence Toyota totally understood and did what they could to ensure I was able to go home with a new ride. Our salesperson Ace was a pleasure to work with and did everything to make sure we rode home in what we wanted. After a short 3 hours my wife and I were riding home in our new Dodge Charger. More

But a friendly, informative salesman (who is longer employed there) convinced me to purchase a newer truck. The salesman that took over, Dennis Risher was OUTSTANDING!! He was so helpful, informative, patience, and worked to make sure I was satisfied. He took time to explain every step of the buying process. What really impressed me more than anything was his patience with explaining to me the tech features of the newer 4 Runner. He was beyond patience with me. I have never had a car buying experience like this. He even explained features of my old truck that I didn't know I had. He even gave me an opportunity to say goodbye to my old truck. Again, an example of the patience he showed me. I also had a very positive experience with the financial manager, Brandon Byrd. I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of when signing off on papers. Brandon explained everything to me before I signed; he talked in a language for me to understand. He explained what to expect. Overral, I felt very good about purchasing my new 2015 Toyota 4 Runner at Florence Toyota! More
