I haven’t been back for a while but because I’m back working in Florence and I stand by my Toyota I came back to Florence Toyota for service. Normally I don’t go this far with these types of things but my experience with the dealership has been horrible. I have taken my car in thats still under warranty with 18,000 miles on it 5 times and still but my experience with the dealership has been horrible. I have also spoken with the service manager and he basically tried to blame me for his service worker and advisor not communicating on why I came back in after a week. He also said to me that he has to side with his service guy😳. Why would I not explain why I’m returning a week later. This guy is completely uncaring. As a woman I feel like it’s sex discrimination. If I were a man this would have been resolved before 5 different visits. And I have been charged 3 different time based on guesses at to why my car is shaking at certain speeds. It’s a mess and I’m annoyed that I as a woman was not treated properly. Def feel taken advantage of. Smh More
We purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from you. The service was excellent and Eric Johnson did a great job. I bought a new set of Michelin tires two days ago. My brand new tires were filthy dirty, a lot worse than the ones I rolled In on. I expect better service than that. I was actually ashamed of the way the brand new tires were filthy dirty, a lot worse than the ones I rolled In on. I expect better service than that. I was actually ashamed of the way they looked (mud/dirt/cobwebs covered every tire. After a trip to the car wash and the purchase of cleaner, the tires now look great! Very disappointed in the lack of attention to details. More
