Reliable and personable service I own a 2012 Mazda3 and a 2008 Miata. Flood Mazda's service department has taken care of both. They're polite and helpful and don't push aggressively for unrequested add-ons to my service requests. The waiting area is comfortable and the work gets done in the time promised. I've never been a fan of dealer servicing but Flood is an exception to the rule. More

Excellent customer service Purchased a used certified 2015 Mazda 3 at Flood July 201 with 48,000 miles. Good price, great sales and finance folks. Best buying experience I hav Purchased a used certified 2015 Mazda 3 at Flood July 201 with 48,000 miles. Good price, great sales and finance folks. Best buying experience I have had in 20 years. Anyway, the only issue I had was the driver side window would get stuck in the up position in warm weather. Multiple fixes were attempted to repair. Finally, with a little bit of coaxing, they replaced the motor, regulator and switch. I do not expect perfection every time but I want good service. I need to say that everyone including Alyssa at the service desk and everyone else I worked with were always helpful, friendly and professional. I have many places to have my service my vehicle. I choose Flood Mazda and would highly recommend them to anyone. More
