Recommendation yes if long wait time is addressed- TOO LONG. We had an 8am APPOINTMENT on DECEMBER 20th for a front/back brake job that we were told would be about a 2 hour wait. So we juggled our time- doctor a We had an 8am APPOINTMENT on DECEMBER 20th for a front/back brake job that we were told would be about a 2 hour wait. So we juggled our time- doctor appointments etc with one car. 11:30 -, not ready. The car was not ready until TWO THIRTY - that's 2:30 In the afternoon. My wife took my car to go to her doctor appointment and I was there WAITING... At 1:30, we were told they WERE VACUMING THE CAR . I waited another hour. This is just too long a wait, after telling a customer it would be a 2 hour time frame, and we juggled our time accordingly. Please address . Wayne Aucoin More
