Not the best not the worst. I made an early morning appointment so I could be in and out and it ate up way more time then it should have. Called me an hour and a half in and told I made an early morning appointment so I could be in and out and it ate up way more time then it should have. Called me an hour and a half in and told me I needed new tires, which I did. Ran through the options picked the tires and got told it would be another hour to an hour and a half. Two hours go by, I had to call to get an update that it would be another hour to an hour and half. Two hours go by and I finally get a call they finished and to come pick it up. I get up there to and it’s still not ready, it’s coming out of the car wash any second. I finally get my car back 5 and a half hours later and I find that one of the techs had left their empty monster can in the cup holder. I waited 5 hours at the Panera next to the dealership while all of this was going on. Probably not going back. More

Nice People, Very Expensive I lease my CX-5 trough Tasca but their customer service is trash. Routine oil change goes up in smoke My 10,000 mile oil change became a smoky event due to a malfunctioning replacement oil filter. After a normal service visit, my CX-3 started smoking profusely. I immediately returned to Flood for repair. Steve Furtado was most helpful in getting the problem resolved. Mr. Albro gave me a car to use while mine was being repaired. I appreciate their actions on my behalf. I will definitely be back for my next service. More
