Flood Mazda - Service Center

Long wait time, no communication / accountability from staff Unfortunately, my experience at flood Mazda yesterday was far from awesome. I came in on Monday, 3/11, at 9 AM; an appoitnment I scheduled to repair Unfortunately, my experience at flood Mazda yesterday was far from awesome. I came in on Monday, 3/11, at 9 AM; an appoitnment I scheduled to repair my side mirror. I expected this would be a quick appointment to obtain a new piece for the back of the mirror, but after 1.5 hours I was still waiting. I touched base with Alyssa who said she would check on it for me. After another 15 minutes of waiting I was growing pretty frustrated. I went up to Alyssa who said they were still working on an estimate. An estimate?! I expected this appointment was to repair the mirror, not for an estimate. This was not conveyed to my by the staff. Waiting almost TWO HOURS for an estimate is absolutely rediculous. when i voiced my frustration, all Alyssa said was “you’re right, you’re right, you’re absolutely right”. After 5 minutes she came to retrieve me in the waiting room and stated the estimate is all set. The estimate was an unexpected $500. I asked to speak with a manager regarding my experience at flood Mazda. He was unapologetic and said he would cover the $90 cost of service. The lack of communication and extended wait time for an ESTIMATE was absolutely rediculous and unacceptable. In addition, I brought in a piece of my side mirror that was not returned to me. I will not be returning to flood Mazda service again. More

From a routine oil change to excellent service! I brought my Mazda 5 in for a routine oil change but Alyssa Hagerty made it a much better than routine experience by also having the tires rotated, ta I brought my Mazda 5 in for a routine oil change but Alyssa Hagerty made it a much better than routine experience by also having the tires rotated, tattered windshield wipers replaced and all done before lunch! She also told me I could work out a ride to and from work in the future, which I hadn't known was an option. I will be happy to return to this dealership for future service! More
