Service went above and beyond. Great experience when I bought my car, from out of state, and after poor service at a local dealership I reached out to Flood. They went above and beyond to help me, offering to pick up, fix, and drop off my car. It is fixed (after two unsuccessful attempts by Lee Partyka Mazda) and came back cleaner than when they took it. Oil Change and Recall I love Flood Mazda. This last time was hard as I waited over 2-3 hours for my service to be complete. This isn’t usually an issue as I choose to wait I love Flood Mazda. This last time was hard as I waited over 2-3 hours for my service to be complete. This isn’t usually an issue as I choose to wait but there was very little follow up with regards to my service. I did end up having to need a few additional things done and I’m sure the recall led to an elongated stay. When they did give an update, it was that my car would be done in 5 minutes but I didn’t check out until 30 minutes after that. Again, not an issue for the wait with what I needed done but a bit of follow up would be nice while waiting. Other customers having work done are seeing me still sit there and get nervous that it is going to take a long time. Overall I love Flood Mazda and will continue to get my cars here and my service done here as well. More
Recall service I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and wa I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and was pleasantly surprised to be told that I could come in the next day! I made the appointment for early afternoon and ended up at the dealer a half hour early and they still took me in. Service was completed in a timely manner at no charge and I was on my way. The Service Department is outstanding! This is one of the many reasons that I returned to Flood Mazda for my second CX-5.! More

Super service I needed my brakes repaired and was very happy to learn that Flood would provide a loaner vehicle, so I could schedule the repair at my convenience. Service not complete after 5 hours Dropped my car off for an 8:30 appointment and let them know I would be back around 1:30 pm. This was for a check on the Infotainment system, as it wa Dropped my car off for an 8:30 appointment and let them know I would be back around 1:30 pm. This was for a check on the Infotainment system, as it was stuck in a boot loop. Returned at 1:30 and they had just started the diagnosis and I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes longer. 15 minutes later I was told the CMU needed to be replaced but it was a backordered item. Asked how much for the CMU and was told it is covered under a recall and that the parts are currently scarce. Was also told they would call me when they receive the part and they handed me the keys, with no paperwork etc. Just the promise that I would be contacted when the part is available. 6 days later no word?? Steve Furtado was who I worked with on the drop off but it was someone else on the pick up. More
