Honesty, competence, and friendliness have always been experienced in the service department, along with helpful advice. Alyssa, who recently moved on after many years there, and Steven have been great service managers. This is the only dealership that I have ever trusted enough to stay with beyond a couple of oil changes, and I will continue going there exclusively. More

couple of concerns Newer employees at the Service desk from last time I was there. No tables in waiting area due to construction. No more $20 coupon for Castrol rebate a Newer employees at the Service desk from last time I was there. No tables in waiting area due to construction. No more $20 coupon for Castrol rebate as in the past , but wasn't told this. I had to call back to inquire. This raises the price of an oil change by $20! I won't be back at that price for that service. Car was not vacuumed and had a scratch on the left front I noticed after I returned home. More
