Excellent Service and Not just for Mazdas I recently had my VolvoXC90 in for two non routine service issues at Flood Mazda. Steve the service coordinator that I worked with was knowledgeable e I recently had my VolvoXC90 in for two non routine service issues at Flood Mazda. Steve the service coordinator that I worked with was knowledgeable extremely helpful at resolving my two issues. Even tough my XC90 is 15 years old his skilled mechanics were able to diagnose and repair both issues. Steve always kept me in the loop with the status of my car and it was always repaired and available as promised. I would like to commend Steve's honesty, when there was a slight issues of a missing screw. Steve could have given me story as most other shops would have but he was honest with how it got lost and the need to replace it, a small issue but a great display of integrity. I would highly recommend this shop for ANY car model and repair. Steve and Team job well done! Leo Sullivan More
