Not a great experience. I will not be using this dealership in the future. Steven who I worked with was very friendly and accommodating. I may not know much about cars, but I know you can clean the battery terminals with baking soda and water and it does the trick, so I believe $40 to be grossly exaggerated. I inquired about a part on the car being broken after I noticed it was in for service at the dealer. It was very wishy-washy and ultimately I ended up speaking with the service manager who told me the part was broken because of "old glue." There was only one clip on this part that was being held together with "old glue" which led me to believe someone tried to fix it without informing me it was broken in the first place. The service manager stated they would install for free and he needed to order the parts and would give me a call back when they were in. However, wrote down "parts @ cost, install free". I believe there was a clear miscommunication here because when I came back for the part, they tried to charge me $34 dollars. When I challenged that because I was under the impression it was going to be free, the service manager said that is not what he told me, that I was going to have to pay for the price of the parts, but the install would be free. Then the price miraculously dropped to $19.44. This led me to believe I was being charged for the install anyway (even with it supposedly being "free") and thought I would not notice. Long story short, I really only came in for an oil change and felt that I was constantly being swindled. I DO NOT plan to use this dealership in the future and I will certainly be telling people about my experience at Flood Mazda. I understand there are two sides to each story, but this was how I felt my experience went and I was not impressed. More
Moving to Rhode Island from New York I was always fond of my dealership there having serviced with them for five years. As soon as I arrived at Flood Mazda the service was parallel to what I experience wi my dealership there having serviced with them for five years. As soon as I arrived at Flood Mazda the service was parallel to what I experience with my Porsche dealer. Impeccable service , great amenities, comfortable atmosphere and everything done in a timely fashion. More

They are always super kind and address all my concerns.
