I reached out to Flood Mazda through their website and was put in contact with Jason Palmari (director of business development) about some vehicle history. I was purchasing a Mazda from another dealership was put in contact with Jason Palmari (director of business development) about some vehicle history. I was purchasing a Mazda from another dealership but it had previously been worked on at Flood Mazda. I email Jason to ask a couple questions and got back a one word response. Just "no". I guess that's the Flood way! Extremely unprofessional and would never buy a vehicle from these people. More
I had trouble starting my car so I called Mazda service . I was connected to Bruce and he suggested it may be the battery because the car had not been run lately. I brought the car into service and they did I was connected to Bruce and he suggested it may be the battery because the car had not been run lately. I brought the car into service and they did extensive testing and found a weak cell in the battery. They replaced the battery and also did a ten point inspection of the car which the car passed. Bruce explained all that took place in a knowledgeable and courteous way. I now think my Mazda 3 is ready for the winter ahead! More
