To recap, I did try to reach out to you via phone twice (on 1/6/24 and 1/9/24. This is from over 11 months ago when you submitted two contact forms.) personally but was unsuccessful. Initially, I did not receive an email from you directly and simply responded to a contact form that you submitted as a new car lead on our website in which I shared my direct personal contact information. Due to our privacy policy, the fact the vehicle was either purchased or just serviced and utilized over five years ago (and is now being sold as a used vehicle at another undisclosed dealership whose responsibility it is to supply you with any information about the vehicle you are seeking to purchase from them.), we are limited in the information we can share about it. I have worked at this dealership for over seven years. In that amount of time, I have never had to have a customer contact another dealership to get the information they needed about a vehicle for sale that was in our inventory. I'm sorry that you couldn't trust the dealership that you were considering purchasing a used vehicle from to provide you with all of the information you needed to make a confident, well informed purchasing decision. One of the critical keys to our success at Flood Mazda, is providing a customer service-centric environment. We are extremely transparent/thorough and provide all the proper documentation including but not limited to: Vehicle History Report, Service Records, Warranty Overview, Certification Documentation (when applicable) etc. along with ensuring that not only is our service director available to answer any/all questions but the technician who worked on the vehicle as well without a customer having to ask or seek the information themselves. While I understand that might not be what you want to hear, it's important to address and reflect on any/all concerns that are shared with us as a dealership. You never reached out by phone. Ever! I asked some simple questions about a vehicle's history. Specifically about a single rear tire being replaced on the vehicle after 26k miles. It's an AWD vehicle and this can have negative effects on the differential. All I asked is if this was the case. Yet instead of responding with this detailed response you posted here about privacy policy and just a simple explanation of that you decided to just literally type one word "No" for a response. Also you did receive direct email from me because I sent a response email to you twice. It's extremely unprofessional and a complete turn off from ever purchasing a vehicle from your establishment. Best of luck to you as well. Maybe in the future you will view everyone as a possible customer and treat them accordingly.
