Both steve furtado and Ms. Johnson were excellent they were VERY professional, they had me in and out on tome and very easy to understand about the condition of my auto and eve Johnson were excellent they were VERY professional, they had me in and out on tome and very easy to understand about the condition of my auto and even repairs and price quotes of what I need to keep it in like new condition. Flood she be honored to have two such great people on their staff, and trey are why i recommend my friends and family to purchase their autos from flood!!!!!!! More

scheduled a recall for my wife mazda 6 speed. (replace fuel ring on top of gas tank)for 800 am on may 13. and I will be waiting for it.drop it off at 800am was not ready till 2:00 pm .would of bee (replace fuel ring on top of gas tank)for 800 am on may 13. and I will be waiting for it.drop it off at 800am was not ready till 2:00 pm .would of been nice if they on it when I had the appointment at 8:00,I think that's what appointments are for!not start at 12.30 .gave feedback the day after no response.will be buying my next Mazda not their! More
