I spoke to Eric in service after dealing with Select car and Truck on Post Road Warwick that person was Josh. They took 203.81 for a rental I never got. I got run around with Josh. I believed he would fix this as it originated there. He went back and forth with numerous calls to Select . This went on for 21 days with many empty promises from that company, he never gave up and was at the point of writing a check to me to make me whole. This ended up not being needed as of this morning it was returned to me in my account.I want to personally thank him and I am sure he grew tired of my daily calls and my personal challenge to his customer service. He was a credit to Flood Ford. More
I went in for a metalic sound eminating from the back of my 2006 F250. I was informed that my brake pads were worn through the front and the rear were down to metal, the rotors were beyond repair in the rea my 2006 F250. I was informed that my brake pads were worn through the front and the rear were down to metal, the rotors were beyond repair in the rear due to the pads warping and scratching the rotors, and the calipers in the right rear were not functioning at all and needed replaced. All of this work totaled over 850.00 as the service rep gladly explained to me. I just had a safety inspection 1200 miles earlier and was not told that my brake pads were low and needed replacing. In fact I was told that everything was running smoothly! I promptly left and consulted a friend who said that he would help me change the pads and the rotors. I pulled the rear pads and had 25% left with no metal to metal contact. I pulled the front and had only 25% wear, 75% left on the pad. I replaced all the pads, left the rotors because they looked fine with no large gouges. After puting everything together I tested the "bad" caliper with good results. Do not trust what you are told from this service center, get another opinion if not several before you pay for service you need, not what you are forced to get! More
I scheduled my F-150 for service for a recall. When I brought the truck in to their shop, I also asked that they perform a state inspection. I received numerous calls throughout the day informing me that there were numerous problems with my vehicle costing hundreds of dollars in order to pass inspection, When I went to the dealership to retrieve the vehicle, I was informed that the part for the recall was on back order and was not available. I was also informed that they knew that when I dropped off the truck and in fact knew it a week before. The dealer did not think it was necessary to inform me of that fact, even though the recall was the specific reason that I brought in the truck for service. Nor did they inform me that the recall part was not in during the numerous calls during the day to inform me that they had to replace other parts on the truck in order to pass inspection. I don't have a problem with the fact that the dealer did not have the part to fix the recall as they have no control over that, however, I think it is unethical to allow me to spend hundreds of dallars to fix a truck and not inform me that they were unable to perform the original work that the truck was scheduled for. That was back in May. I have placed several calls to the dealership and have not received any return calls and the recall is still not fixed. More
Within a couple of hours of calling for an oil change, my truck was in and being taken care of. I casually mentioned to the Service Writer that I noticed a number on my keypad seemed to have burnt out. He truck was in and being taken care of. He said he'd see if he could get an authorization for repair (my truck is still under warranty) and within minutes, he came out to see me, told me it was approved and they'd install the new one tonight. I was not expecting something like that. They saved me a trip back for something that was taken care of in a short amount of time. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and accomodating. It was the fastest oil change/small repair I have ever experienced. More

I had a blemish in the paint on my 2009 mustang gt that was covered under warranty for repair, flood said they would repaint the hood for me which i thought was great.I brought the car in on sept 10,2010 p was covered under warranty for repair, flood said they would repaint the hood for me which i thought was great.I brought the car in on sept 10,2010 picked up the car three days later everything looked good the next day when the sun hit the hood i noticed they burned the paint with the buffer real bad so i brought the car back and they were more than happy to fix that problem,so they had the car another day and a half went to go pick it up and there was a scratch on the hood bigger than the one the originaly had to fix.So again they kept the car and now here it is sept 29 and still dont have the car back.In my opinion it was a simple fix that turn into mess. They need better quality control because if i did'nt see the scratch they were gonna give me the car back worse than when i brought it in. More

Their staff is very friendly and informative as the last sales associate I have met and their service department is always well staffed and are the experts in their fields that my cars need. I feel that they really make it their priority to make the customer feel important and comfortable at their dealership as a consumer whether it be for a sale or as a future customer. I would stand by their reputation when they say they can not be beat. From what I know about them over the years myself I will be back for my next car hopefully in the near future. I have always put my transportation needs on the Fords I buy, and my Fords in the hands of the Dealer I trust most, Flood Ford of East Greenwich. More
