I visit flood ford paulette maddison the finance lady she is very helpful when I purchased my first brand new car a year and a half ago. I now purchased my second new vehicle a year later and paulette made i is very helpful when I purchased my first brand new car a year and a half ago. I now purchased my second new vehicle a year later and paulette made it so easy doing my finances and she was helpful with all the paperwork and warranties for my new vehicle. I have sent several people to the dealership to buy cars and recommend paulette to them. Overall I have had a wonderful experience at flood ford and paulette is very polite. I plan on buying another vehicle in another year. If it wasn't for paulette being helpful and nice I probably wouldn't have bought another vehicle from the dealer. I have known ken wylie all my life and I bought my first car from him. Ken is equally polite. Both ken and paulette have made my experience here welcoming. They made me feel like I was at home. I have called her about my warranty for a flat tire and she was very helpful got me in touch with the service department. I've been to another dealer and had not such a good experience with the financial department also sales. I would rate my experience with paulette 5 stars and also with ken Wyile. More

I was a jerk, they weren't I have to be honest, which can be hard when you are annoyed, but in any large operation it is fair to say that it is not always easy to get everything I have to be honest, which can be hard when you are annoyed, but in any large operation it is fair to say that it is not always easy to get everything to go smoothly. It didn't and I was annoyed. But I spoke with Mr. Flood Jr. and he took responsibility for the difficulty and went out of his way to make sure it was corrected, even though I was very unpleasant to pretty much everyone. More
Getting my car repaired when I could be in danger! I was on my way home from the market and my Ford Fusion 2017 with 13,000 miles on it, purchased from Flood Ford, just shut down and the accessory mod I was on my way home from the market and my Ford Fusion 2017 with 13,000 miles on it, purchased from Flood Ford, just shut down and the accessory mode flashed on the screen and it wouldn't start. After many tries I finally started the Fusion. This same problem has continued several times since. I called the service dept at Flood Service Dept. and was given an appointment on October 16,a month and half from the date of car failing. I called Tasca and on Monday, Sept 10 Tasca will look at my car. I am very unhappy with the service from Flood and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Word of advise, hirer some help in your service department. More

Service on a used car I had just purchased a used vehicle from Flood Ford and had a few minor issues. Brandyn took great care of me. I got the car back and everything was fixed as promised and under warranty. More
