I say "so far, so good" because I've not reached my 30 days (after purchase) and haven't needed to 'test' the follow-up and repair services promises...the full proof is yet to be revealed. I bought a 2015 car with 70,000 miles, so purchased an extended pats/service warranty...I hope & expect that promises will be kept! PS...This seems to be the practice of other dealers, however, the incessant rotation of experts (warranty explanations/costs, manager checks, mechanics, closure/finance personnel, etc.) is a little off-putting. Couldn't these experts coach sales personnel rather than have a cast of characters in/out of the process? More
