The Escape I always wanted I was hesitant to deal with Flood after my previous experience at another dealership, but was told by a friend to give Dave Bailey at Flood in Narraga I was hesitant to deal with Flood after my previous experience at another dealership, but was told by a friend to give Dave Bailey at Flood in Narragansett a try. I went to the dealership to look at Ford Ecapes to replace the one that I lost in an accident. Dave came out to show me a few of the pre owned that they had in stock (I commute for work so new is not ideal) and he showed me a 2014 Titanium that looked really good and had all the features I wanted. He tld me the price, but all I saw was $$$ because of all the features. I told him I would put that one on my list of cars and then he showed me a 2016 SE in the color I wanted, but it had a newer SYNC system and it didn't feel right. He asked if I wanted to test drive the Titanium and I said yes. As soon as I got behind the wheel, I loved it. I asked him what the car was going for again and he told me, and it was under my budgeted price. Dave never pressured me to buy, never pushed anything, and gave me time to think about what I wanted to do. The paperwork portion in financing was smoother too, and Meghan explained everything to me and said if I had any questions to call either her of Dave. I felt like a valued customer, something I haven't felt in a while. More
First Ford purchase I just purchased a 2016 F150 from Flood Ford Narragansett two days ago. I went there thinking I would probably be pressured to buy and also receive a low ball figure for my trade. I was very pleasantly surprised to find all that didn't happen. Jim, the salesperson, was very polite, helpful, patient with all my questions and did not pressure me to buy. The amount I got for my trade was quite fair as well. I was also surprised that they brought the truck I wanted down from their East Greenwich store and how smoothly the transaction went . I was also pleased with the Business manager, John, who explained the available extended service plans and maintenance plans. There was no pressure to buy those either. I end up buying the plans that were right for me at what I feel is a very reasonable price. I drove home my new F150 that same day. It's my first Ford and I'm quite pleased with the build quality, the ride, the technology and performance. More

He provided great advice in helping us find the right car for our needs and explained and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle. In addition the finance office was also great to work with and helped us secure the lowest interest rate and made the purchase process incredibly easy. More

Months later, our son came back to the dealership due to David's kindness and patience. When he returned with his girlfriend, both were treated with the highest level of professionalism and when it got to making a final decision on the lease of a Black Label MKZ, David, introduced the General Manager, Tim, who gave a patient and comprehensive explanation of the transaction. When our son called from his office, Tim was very kind to me with questions that I had about the transaction. Since we are from New Jersey, we had concerns about our son entering into a negotiation in Rhode Island. My wife and I drove up on a Sunday and David made a point to be at the meeting on his day off. David fully answered our concerns and when we entered the final stage of the transaction, I asked that they provide us a test drive with the specific car in question, which by-the-way was in the showroom. Spotless and gleaming inside as snow flurries fell outside. Not a hesitation, the car was taken from the showroom. The young man who drove the car out was also very kind knowing that he had probably detailed the car and now we wanted to go out with it when the snow was coming down. Well, my son and I went out for the drive with David and all went well. The ending was a very pleasant experience with the paperwork that David initiated and followed up by Meghan Shovelton. Meghan handled the final signing off with my wife and son as I looked on. I wanted our son to experience what should happen at the final signing. It was a very special experience for our son since Meghan spoke directly to him which made him feel great. He will be purchasing many cars in his future and having this great experience set the standard of what a dealership should do for their client. There is another gentleman that we would like to mention that went over all the features of the car with our son prior to driving off the dealership lot. George was very exact in his explanations with snow and wind while going over the exterior features. He then sat with our son in the car and proceeded to give a detailed explanation of the interior features as I sat in the rear. What I truly appreciated was George's final comment to my son, " if you have any questions in the future, don't hesitate to stop by and I will gladly go over any question you may have." My son, wife and I are very happy to be provided such a great experience. More
