I have paid cash for my last 3 cars...all being less than $2000 each. Because I'm allergic to the payment I have not looked at buying a car with a payment for 15 years. When I went to Fletcher Dodge, I met up with Keith Kohley. I explained what I was looking for, good mileage, dependable, and excellent mpg. I was interested in Toyota's or Nissan's, because of their reputation for dependability and holding their value...and good gas mileage doesn't hurt either. Keith explained that they might have a better selection at the Nissan dealership and took me over there. I was expecting the high pressure sale, but Keith made this a very relaxing experience. He was low key, patient, helpful, and answered all my questions. When he didn't know an answer he found it. The best part was no bottled responses, he was honest and forthcoming with all my inquiries. This didn't feel like the standard put the customer in a corral and see if we can buffalo him type of dealership I have had previous experience with. I appreciate the manner in which Holli, and Drew conducted themselves, having only limited time with them they seemed very helpful. My only suggestion would be to have them introduce themselves to a prospective customer before coming to them with paperwork concerning money, credit, or anything else. "Hi Jim, I'm Drew/Holli. When Keith is finished helping you find the car that will fit your needs, I'll be working with your credit and financing to get this done. Good Luck and hope we can make your day." As I said they were very professional and friendly but when someone I haven't seen yet walks up to me with paperwork, it does make me feel a bit like, "here it comes, the upsale." That is uncomfortable for me and I'm sure anyone else. I really appreciate everyone and all the help they gave and assistance offered. Keith is a real asset to you and I hope he does well in the future. Thank you again, and I must say that after driving the Nissan Versa to work for a few days the gas mileage has exceeded my expectations, averaging 38.3 from Joplin to Neosho, THIS IS GREAT!!!!! More
I love my new Nissan Rogue. I had a very good experience working with Dan Clark. He was very friendly, not pushy, there any time I called him with a question, very helpful. This is my 4th car I have bought from Frank Fletcher dealership. This is by far my best experience I have had. Misty greeted me when no one else came out as I was looking at cars. She made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me. I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima and she went over all the functions on the car before I drove it off the lot. I know there is the manual that shows everything but I had never had anyone take the time to show me all the functions. She also let me know I could call her anytime if I have any questions. Misty is a wonderful asset to Fletcher Auto Group. She goes above and beyond normal customer service! Also Drew Carie deserves the same praise! He was the associate that prepared my loan papers. He had all the papers together and I had signed, I then decided I wanted a product added on and he had to redo all the papers and was very nice and professional. Thank you Misty and Drew for the Excellent Customer Service! More

On March 29, 2013 we purchased a 2005 Nissan Frontier with 57,000 miles on it from Fletcher Nissan in Joplin, MO. When I started the pickup to test drive it, I heard a whining noise but just thought it w with 57,000 miles on it from Fletcher Nissan in Joplin, MO. When I started the pickup to test drive it, I heard a whining noise but just thought it was normal. The salesman told me all the service on the pickup had been done there and it was in perfect condition. After I put 3,000 miles on the pickup, I took it to Nelson Nissan for an oil change. The service manager came out and told me the timing chain was bad and needed to be replaced. I thought he must be wrong, but on June 22, 2013 I took the pickup back to Fletcher Nissan to get the tires rotated and the first thing the service advisor told me was the timing chain was bad and it would cost approx. $1500.00 to replace it. I talked to the salesman I purchased it from and he went and talked to the general manager. The general manager said he would not do anything it wasn't their problem. After I left, I called the general manager back he again said they would not do anything to fix the timing chain but he would let me trade the pickup in if I would buy another one from them. They screwed me once they are not going to screw me again. I understand that I bought the pickup as is, but the timing chain was bad when I bought it. We have been told that this isn't something that happens overnight, it is something that happens overtime and it progressively gets worse until the timing chain breaks. I would bet that if you pulled the inspection sheet the service tech filled out when the pickup was traded in it states that the pickup needed a timing chain and the service was rejected by the sales department. My advise is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Fletcher Nissan in Joplin. More

I would only recommend people go to Fletcher Nissan of Joplin, MO if they are going to work with Ethan Turner. We bought a vehicle, only to find out they did not have the title. I was given two different waiting times by other employees there, and the loan company gave me a third and different waiting time for my title. When I asked about this to the managers, all they offered was a rental car that did not get any where close to the gas mileage(the main reason for a new car) that our car got. We were told that our title should be in a couple days, and if it wasn't they would give us another rental. That day came and no title and no new rental car despite our complaints. Waiting another 3 days, we were told it would come in and if not we could get a new rental then. Well as you can guess, the same thing, no title, no new rental. I had enough and sent my girlfriend to get our car and drop off their rental car. When she arrived, Ethan Turner was there and he was able to get everything straightened out for us. Ethan Turner saved this company from 3 complaints with the DMV, BBB, and Attorney General for selling a car that wasn't ready to be sold. More

We are usually apprehensive about buying a car, but not this time! They seem to genuinely care about our needs in a vehicle. We purchased a low mileage like new van for an incredibly low price. We were not high dollar customers, but we were treated like we were. They will follow up with buyers to make sure they're happy with their purchase. I highly recommend you contact these folks if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. The quality treatment you will receive cannot be matched elsewhere. More
I'm a 61 yr old female,purchased a 2 yr old Altima from Fletcher with 10k mi on it. At 15k I had tires rotated and again at 18k, with no mention from them about an alignment. Now at 22k mi I need new tire Fletcher with 10k mi on it. At 15k I had tires rotated and again at 18k, with no mention from them about an alignment. Now at 22k mi I need new tires.I trusted them with my car care.Because it's labeled an alignment issue Bridgestone will not give me a credit towards new tires, not that I want them again but FLETCHER takes no responsibility.FLETCHER reported that the tires tread was at 7-5/32nds which I didn't believe because I could see the top of Lincoln's head so I went to the Firestone store and the Goodyear store and they measured 3,4,5,6/32nds. I 'll be going with the Goodyear Assurance ComforTred tires and I told the manager at Fletcher I will not be doing any further business with them, he did nothing. The other issues I have had with FLETCHER: Bought the car and told them their paperwork was wrong they wouldn't admit it and finance company had to correct it. Sales men are like hungry little ants, lying to you and even get angry if you challenge their word. O8 Altima brakes are squeaky and nothing is done about it, that's on Nissan. More
