Mr. Ray Schroeder never ceases to amaze me. Once again, he has done an outstanding job in helping my wife and me. Today, February 10, 2012, I went down to the Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz Dealer in Newpor he has done an outstanding job in helping my wife and me. Today, February 10, 2012, I went down to the Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz Dealer in Newport Beach to get the front brakes of my car changed and to get “Service A.” As always, Mr. Ray Schroeder gave me the best out of the best service. The price for the services beats all the other dealers. I always walk out of that center with a smile thanks to Mr. Ray Schroeder. In my opinion, he definitely should be getting Employee of the Month, because he deserves it! No one is as nice or helpful as this man. I recommend everybody to get service from Mr. Ray Schroeder, and if wanting to buy a Mercedes, to come down to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz Dealer at Newport Beach, you won’t regret it. Thank You. I had a horrible experience with Fletcher Jones of Newport Beach, CA today, Monday, Jan 2, 2012! I had problem with the heater of my 2006 SLK280 which is still under extended warranty till June 2013. Newport Beach, CA today, Monday, Jan 2, 2012! I had problem with the heater of my 2006 SLK280 which is still under extended warranty till June 2013. I called to the service department and made an appointment with Sean Nguyen and met him at 12:40 AM, he pulled out my car information and told me that my car is not under extended warranty and I have to pay out of my pocket if I wanted my car to be fixed!!! I told him that I've purchased my car from a private party couple month ago and have sent my car extended warranty info and title of my car to MBUSA and also have been confirmed my car warranty with MBUSA and they had assured me that my car extended warranty has been transferred to my name. However, he rejected to service my car under the extended warranty, I took my car and called to Foothill Ranch MB Dealer, and gave them my car Vin# and they told me that I can take my car to them and have them fix my car under the extended warranty! I called Sean back and told him that I have called to Foothill Ranch MB dealer and gave them my car Vin# and they told me that my car is under warranty, I asked him politely why he is rejecting my warranty, and he told me that Foothill Ranch MB dealer don't know what they are doing!!! (that was his exact words). I got really upset and took my car to Foothill Ranch dealer - which is about 25 miles away - and they accepted my car and gave me a loaner car till they fix my car. I called back to Fletcher Jones and talked to Service manager - Bob - and explained what has happened to me and how Sean waisted over 4 hours my time today! He got my car Vin# and checked my car warranty status and then he apologized for what has happened to me!!! I'm still upset for what happened to me- which is a clear case of discriminations and abuse - today and waste of over 4 hours of my time with no reason! I'll definitely report this to MBUSA too, I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz and have never had any problems like this before. More

Last week, on my way home from a meeting, I pulled into Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz in Newport Beach (in my BMW)to check out their SUVs. I was interested in seeing the vehicles I had been researching on the internet. I met a sales consultant, JB Siribandan...and he was amazing!JB was an excellent listener...he really heard what I was saying. He provided his expert attention and consideration to what I was looking for in a vehicle. No pressure sales...no prodding...no pushing...just pure high quality integrity and professioanlism. It is no wonder I went back several days later and happily drove off in my new dream car...no hassles...fast, efficient and professional. I completed the paperwork and was out of there in short order. Everything went very smoothly and I have found my new home for all vehicle purchases in the future. I will be back!! Our reason for visit was to actually pick up S430 from service - which was NEVER repaired. I did receive 2 calls from the sales department before asking why service never called. Kudos to the sales dept. service - which was NEVER repaired. I did receive 2 calls from the sales department before asking why service never called. Kudos to the sales dept. ZERO to the service dept. Unfortunately, not the first BAD experience w/the service dept. After having the vehicle for 6 days, I would expect more than what I got...a lot of excuses! They did make a sale & I upgraded to an S550...hopefully, this purchase will make up for the previous leased lemon that I had constant tire pressure monitoring problems that could NOT be repaired and cost me 14 tires in 3 years. Living approx. 60 miles away from the dealer does indeed make it difficult to return frequently for service however, the first sign of problems I will NOT attempt to resolve on my own---it will go back to the dealer until satisfied. And a side note, my sales guy, Mike Govan...he encouraged me to call him if I had any problems with the service dept. Wish me luck and I do love my new ride! More

My first time having to have service was because of a flat tire from my vechile. No one wanted to help me because the service fee was too cheap at only 30 dollars. Mr. Ray Schroeder, however, was the first employee that helped me. After that, he was considered the best service employee that helped me. After a few months, I needed "Service A" and I knew just who to go to: Mr. Ray Schroeder. He's the one that has given me the best service that I have ever had or seen. The best out of all the other dealers. BEWARE!! Fletcher Jones Motorcars was undoubtedly built on quality and customer service. Take one of the best automobiles made, wrap it in 5-star service, and put it in one of the most affluent areas in t on quality and customer service. Take one of the best automobiles made, wrap it in 5-star service, and put it in one of the most affluent areas in the world and what do you get – the best! I loved these guys and bought my first S500, then an S55, then the new S55, then my wives SL550, then my current S600 from them, not to mention referring many friends. But NEVER again! Garth Blumenthal now runs Fletcher Jones with one priority – profit. They have resorted to constant telemarketing under the banner of “we can telemarket to you even though you’re on the don’t call registry, because we have any exiting account with you” - ok, technically, legally, maybe, but really...aren’t you FJMB? The service department has gone from Master MB Mechanics to salesmen hocking detail services and overpriced unnecessary repairs – like you’re at a Midas Muffler shop with FJMB prices. These guys could not figure out why I was loosing 100HP on my car or even perform a correct alignment! I finally drove it from OC to Scottsdale just to have Dyno-comp (Renntech shop) troubleshoot the car. Within 1-hour Dyno-Comp had the alignment dead-on and ID a turbo-charger as the problem. As the car was still under warranty, they sent me back to FJ with the details (I offered to pay them to fix, but they refused to take my money - those guys have skills and class). FJ said they checked it and everything was ok. You’ve got to be kidding! As I didn’t want to drive it all the way back to Scottsdale, I asked BRABUS if they could fix the issue. Andreas' mechanic at Brabus (truly a master mechanic) found the exact issue Dyno-comp identified and fixed the issue and amazingly 100HP right back. They said turbo-charger was empty and FJ was too lazy to check (guess its a 4-hour process to take apart). Get this - Claus and Andreas at Brabus - fixed it at no charge (again class and skill)! Granted I've spent a fair amount of money with Brabus, but nothing compared to what I've spent at FJ. They also informed me that the major whining noise I've been complaining to FJ about is a leak in the Active Body Control fluid reservoir (they filled it, but suggested taking to FJ under warranty). So car is now back with FJ and they say yeah they’re right it is leaking and that is what’s causing the noise. Too bad you’re over the 50,000 miles so it’ll be $1,100 to fix it. Last time I dealt with these idiots, I swore never again, then their General Manager Garth Blumenthal called me and asked if I’d give them another chance. I knew better, but tried, this time I’m done. Going to Laguna Niguel, hope they’re better, they can’t be worse. Brabus is in LA now and Dyno-comp in Scottsdale - OC really need a competent MB shop - I hope Laguna Niguel is good! More

Steve Henry is, by far, T-H-E B-E-S-T, always thoughtful, efficient, courteous and with excellenct communication skills, concise and complete, in his presenting the most complex automotive repair situations and suggestions for the future care of my Mercedes automobiels from FJM's.
