I knew I needed more repairs on my car (hey, it's old!) and so I decided to give Fletcher Jones another try since I was so happy the last time. Last time I got the feeling that everyone was smilin old!) and so I decided to give Fletcher Jones another try since I was so happy the last time. Last time I got the feeling that everyone was smiling and not just when you were looking. So this time, I made a point of taking notice. Yep - it's true, everyone that I encountered has a smile on their face. I am certainly not their typical customer with a highfalutin new car plus I'm very cost conscious but this has not stopped them from treating me as if I was about to spend $200k! Once again Dan Schmidt was an outstanding Service Advisor. If you're in need of an excellent Service Advisor ask for him!! My car is running so smoothy thanks to the expertise of Mitch Montegut. Brandon Mahoney checked me in for my rental car and despite being super busy he was super friendly and patient. Elise Tomas from Enterprise was very helpful in getting me situated in the rental and upon my return happily helped me get some information I needed. Over the course of 2 weeks between various repairs and new tires I spent $2.5k. One would not think that paying the last big chunk of that would be pleasurable but the cheerfulness and professionalism of Juan Gonzalez made writing that check easier! Jose Duarte and his Valet Staff were all friendly and quick with a smile. Also, I don't know who washed my car this time or last time but seriously it's a beautiful job and I am soooo appreciative. If you are like I was and thought going to the dealer isn't an economically smart option for a car out of warranty, I urge you to reconsider. In the case of Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz, my previous opinion has been proved wrong. The cost is reasonable, the quality high and the service outstanding - how can you lose?! More

Over the last week we were shocked to deal with their customer service dept. we have never been treated so poorly. Fletcher Jones Mercedes of Newport beach knows how to do one thing very well ...SellCars. When it comes to resolving service /dangerous safety issues. They get an F. they have put us through the ringer for over a week on a safety related problem with our 2007 CLK 550 leaking gasoline from the fuel sensors/gas tank under the two rear seats. There are thousands of complaints online and on the Ntsb government website. Mercedes has know of this dangerous safety issue for years and refuses to recall the over one million vehicles with this defect. Our vehicle has 7000 miles on it.. It is a costly fix and their customers should not have to pay the tab on their lack of engineering . Shame on Mercedes Benz of America and Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Newport Beach, Ca for not issuing an immediate recall on this dangerous safety DEFECT.. Thanks to their so called "Top rated customer service team" they have lost my families business forever. Never let them tell you they will Reach Out to help you. If you ever hear them say the following two words (reach out & goodwill) Run for the hills. More

I have purchased 5 cars from MB of Laguna Niguel over the past 9-years and will not return to that dealer. I was extremely disappointed with my last purchase, certified 2010 E-550. MB of Laguna Niguel was non-responsive to my issues and management would not return phone calls. I brought the car to Fletcher Jones and worked with Ed Hill, he was extremely responsive to my needs and made sure the work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. I live in irvine so not knowing about any rules, stopped by fetcher jones dealer to see if I can get a car wash? I was told because it was 2 pm car wash is closed and to come back tomorrow. When I went back the next day I was denied and turned down for a car-wash?????because I didn't buy my car from them. It really upset me because I sincerely didn't know about this rule, and I was told to go back the next day by thier own car wash employee. It was very disturbing , unpleasent unprofessional and unethical the way they treat me with 2 kids in my car and to turm me down when they could have just honor their word and did it just that one time. It is all about principals in life. I am working in Hoag hospital that excellency and customer care is day to day standard of living and we are expected to do everything to make our patients happy and we always work hadr toward patient satisfaction. Maybe it's wrong but that's how I feel we should treat each other with dignity and respect. More
I am the proud owner of a Fletcher Jones Motorcar and frequently use the Complimentary Car Wash. I have been treated courteously and professionally many times by Marciel (I am not sure of the spelling o frequently use the Complimentary Car Wash. I have been treated courteously and professionally many times by Marciel (I am not sure of the spelling of his name) in the Car Wash area in the 20 months since I purchased my used HONDA at your dealership. He has been friendly, courteous and always cheerful answering my questions about the process in the beginning and is always there with a smile and great attitude. He is also very knowledgeable about the time it will take when I ask when it is particularly busy. He is always so nice even when they are super busy and I wanted you to know. Today, Novenber 20, 2012, I went down to the Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz Dealer in Newport Beach to get my car changed and to get “Service A.” As always, Mr. Ray Schroeder gave me the best out of the best service. The price for the services beats all the other dealers. I always walk out of that center with a smile thanks to Mr. Ray Schroeder. In my opinion, he definitely should be getting Employee of the Month, because he deserves it! No one is as nice or helpful as this man. I recommend everybody to get service from Mr. Ray Schroeder, and if wanting to buy a Mercedes Benz, to come down to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz Dealer at Newport Beach, you won’t regret it. I have to start by saying that I have never had a need to post reviews on similar sites, but out of concern for my fellow consumers, I thought it would be wise to raise the red flag. I can say that I have had nothing but incredible sales experiences at Fletcher Jones! However, in hindsight, I wonder now if they are able to cut such great deals because they criminally rip people off in service. For starters, I had purchased pre-paid maintence with my C300, but oddly enough, everytime I went into the dealership to get my car serviced, they couldn't find the prepaid maintenance package in the system. I had to repeatedly dig up paperwork and they were condescending and rude towards me everytime. They sent me on a wild goose chase with MBUSA to straighten out the matter, however, MBUSA informed me that this was the dealership's error. But it gets better... My A/C system stopped cooling and I brought it to Fletcher Jones for repair. They checked out the system and I received a call from my service advisor telling me that it would cost me $1,000 to repair...They claimed that a rock punctured the condenser and therefore was not under warranty due to user error...Strange because if you know cars, you know that the condenser is up by the dashboard...How would a rock get all the way up there?? So I declined the repair and took my car to Rusnak Arcadia...another certified Mercedes-Benz dealership. They replaced the condenser without question, claiming that the part was indeed under warranty due to manufacturer default and there was no damage to the condenser. I have the paperwork notations to prove it...Service managers at Fletcher Jones are outright crooks, taking advantage of the people who rely on them. More
