I got to this center because of Tony Irvani I actually have gotten my cars from different dealerships from house of imports to Caliber to Rosnak but I take my cars to Flecher because of this guy I actually have gotten my cars from different dealerships from house of imports to Caliber to Rosnak but I take my cars to Flecher because of this guy. Ok - So in the past year I've had 2 great sales experiences with James Sarvey and this time I wanted to check out service since my CLS55T0 needed an "A" service. Please note that I live in Cardiff experiences with James Sarvey and this time I wanted to check out service since my CLS55T0 needed an "A" service. Please note that I live in Cardiff which is 62 miles South of FJ Mercedes - but I had to give service a try. Pricing is great since the local dealers were 2x the price for the "A" service at FJ but to drive 120 miles round trip to save a few bucks was not the intention. I called on a Sunday - yesterdsy - to make an appointment and we treated so professionally and was gives a 9:20 AM Monday - today - time - in addition I was told to print out the $40 off saving coupon on the web site - I was immediately emailed a confirmation and I was all set. FJ is a class act - they check you in when you drive up and right at 9:20 Adam Gedik comes out to greet me and welcome me to FJ - the experience was the best service experience that I have ever had and I've owned 7 Mercedes - my hats off to Adam, the cashier, the valet and all the other extremely friendly and professional personnel at FJ Mercedes. I also had the chance to see and chat in the showroom with James Sarvey - I have my eyes on the new S class - FJ is hard to beat and now I'm ma service customer. More
