Best dealership ever! I recently brought my vehicle in for servicing, and due to some software updating, the vehicle was not ready when promised. I had a 4 day out of town I recently brought my vehicle in for servicing, and due to some software updating, the vehicle was not ready when promised. I had a 4 day out of town trip planned. No problem. I was given a loaner and told to returned it whenever I returned to town. Salesman, Joey Gulo, and service advisor Steve Bates are why I continue to return to Mercedes.
