The loaner dept through Enterprise is always friendly although they were very backed up this time and the walt time was about 45 minutes. I still give 5 stars as Katelyn is the best and you can see the loaner department hustle to get everyone taken care of. More

Shady I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM to get it serviced but called 15 minutes later to cancel. The operator confirmed that it was canceled so when I arrive I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM to get it serviced but called 15 minutes later to cancel. The operator confirmed that it was canceled so when I arrived at the FJ Mercedes at 9:00 AM, I expected to pick up my car and not be charged. Lo and behold- my service advisor, Steve Bates said they were 80% done with my car and service cannot be stopped halfway through. It is now 10:15 AM and I am still waiting for my car.... 80% done in 30 minutes? But it's taking the service department an additional hour and a half to finish the other 20%? I call xxxxxxxx. Of course there was the, "it's out of my hands. Let me see what my service manager can do." They both proceeded to laugh and say, "if that were my lease, I wouldn't have gotten it serviced. Had I known it was a lease, I would have advised you not to get it serviced." - Steve Bates, title: SERVICE ADVISOR For such an elite establishment you would think they wouldn't use such shady "used car salesman" tactics. Do yourself a favor and go to Keyes Mercedes in Van Nuys. It'll be worth the trip! It is now 10:45 AM and I'm still waiting for my car which was supposedly "almost complete" at 9:00AM - 15 Mins after I had called to cancel. More

10,000 miles tune up 2014 GLK Leslie was great..service was done in the time quoted as was price. Love having coffee, USA and waiting for the car to be finished. Bad Service o start of in the collision department Joseph williams is very verbally abusive . My experience with him, I requested to see documents of any damages of the vehicle prior to them working on the vehicle apparently they made up a false document stating that there was dameges prior to the vehicle being worked on. I was falsely accused of those damages . Soon after I showed him the video footage of the vehicle not having any damages. He became angry and threating me to get out of his office. If you take your car to Fletcher Jones make sure to take video or pictures of the vehicle before you drop it off if they're going to be working on it. They Couldn't proof that they gave me the document to sign I never signed a document so they could not accuse me of any damage to the vehicle. If anybody has been the victim out there of the same scenario please contact me at my following Gmail gmelgoza01@gmail.com .this happen on 05/11/2015. Don't be a victom stand up for what's right. Up until now Joseph Williams has not been reprimanded we have corporate bullies on site just to let you know that is not the only incident I will post other scenarios later on this month it happened to me three times and nothing has been done about it not even an apology. Offered me a car rental so I could accomplish some errands while I waited for my vehicle repair to be completely serviced. Always accommodating & good service as usual. My only draw back is I thought the final price for the new part was a little steep (less labor charge). More
