The online appointment service is user friendly, fast, and efficient When I arrive I am immediately treated to prompt service by my assigned service representative, Ray Schroder. Ray is is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in planning servies for my vehicle. I love the ability to receive text messages on the status of my car and designsted pick up time. I love being able to pay online before i even pick up my car. Enterprise car rental staff is fabulous as well!! Thank you for your high quality service and beautifully washed car delivered by prosessional staff. I cannot even suggest one thing to enhance the services I have enjoyed the past four years. More

Always a Good Experience I just trust them to know how to deal with my E Class. I once went to my brother-in-law's trusted mechanic to change a headlight bulb. The fellow wa I just trust them to know how to deal with my E Class. I once went to my brother-in-law's trusted mechanic to change a headlight bulb. The fellow was so nice and I'm sure he was charging very little, but he spent an hour figuring out how to access the light and it ended up that he couldn't do it! I went to Fletcher Jones and a guy comes out as I pull up to the Service lanes... he has me pop the hood and reaches in and replaces the bulb in seconds, for free! --So forget about pricing. I just go straight here, now. I just went to them for TIRES. Yeah, I know I can call all around and get a deal, BUT that takes time and the last time I had an emergency and needed tires (they were delaminating--flapping around, but not flat yet) and pulled into a chain (it was nearby and I feared that going further would damage something)... they took 5 hours to get me tires because they had to "have them sent from their warehouse/another store". It's not like everyone carries the right tires or knows how to properly put them on. And I needed them done right there so I was stuck. So, yeah, it may be more for service, but at least I knew they could put them on correctly and would give me the right tires (someone had put Toyos on the car previously--and I was told later that those weren't the right tires to get!). Oh--I have another story... I was having problems with the battery... it died and the AAA guy put a new one in. That one lasted almost no time at all! It basically wasn't the right kind, and he didn't know that MBs needed a secondary battery. I finally had to go to here and they put in the right batteries... And it's been years since I've had any problems. So you can see the pattern here, right? So basically, I trust them to know what works for a MB. And I trust them not to mess about with me. I love Kaitlyn Truong, as my Service person. She automatically puts on any discounts without me asking. She tells me things straight. And she's super friendly and professional. I really have never had a bad experience here. I had a good breakfast from their coffee bar as I waited. They were prompt with everything. It's just worth my time and money. More

We appreciate the email confirmation, as well as the email and telephone reminders the day before our appointment. (I apologize that I don't have her name in front of me right now, but the young lady who scheduled our service appointment was excellent and helpful.) Richie is a true professional. Friendly, efficient , thorough, classy and a great listener. To us, our 100% satisfaction was his total and main focus. We are extremely happy with Richie, as well as our FJ experiences from Day One when we entered the dealership, again. We appreciated that Richie spoke to us in hushed tones so everyone in the waiting area didn't overhear our business. Richie checked in with us a few times with status reports. He is very considerate and respectful of our time and schedule. And, the Barista, all smiles at 8 am, made our morning (and he makes a great double decaf espresso!). FYI: Please be flattered that, while the FJ level of excellence is high and constantly improving, we are working on modeling our staff after FJ, which is the best-trained staff around.
