I had a light come on in yellow stating malfunction o ZERO FOR FLETCHER JONES ON SERVICE FRIDAY. TOLD ME $1000.00 - TOOK TO MB ELITE - ZERO CHARGE. I had a light come on in yellow stating malfunction on front left hand side of my car. I took it into the dealership last Friday morning and the Service Advisor called me Friday evening and advised me that I had spilled coffee in the ashtray and that they had to order parts and the bad news was $1000.00 since out of warranty. I returned the loaner on Monday and took my vehicle MB Elite up the street who ran a diagnostic, reset and the light went out, They did a full check on my vehicle, test drove it all was good. I ordered the team a very nice lunch yesterday for their trouble. Declined to take any money from me at all. I love my five star service for my vehicle and have bought every car from Fletcher Jones and my Sales person is David Lee who I have referred quite a few people to him. But on the service end, I am feeling very disturbed by this. Needless to say my confidence and trust is not there.. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR SALES BUT NOT FOR SERVICE. More

Fast, Efficient, Friendly Came in for complimentary brake inspection as FJ was running a terrific special on new brakes. Worst dealer for service I have ever experienced! Purchased a Mercedes here and had a very good experience. Service on the other hand is a nightmare and I will NEVER bring my car back to this dealers Purchased a Mercedes here and had a very good experience. Service on the other hand is a nightmare and I will NEVER bring my car back to this dealership! Despite my positive purchase, I am about to purchase a second Mercedes at another dealer because this left such a bad taste in my mouth! Dropping off a vehicle for service here is chaotic and extremely disorganized. That should have been my first clue. I asked for a regular service to be performed and to check 2 items that would be under warranty. Late in the day I received a text message saying that my car was due for this, here is the price and also due for that, here is the price, and do I want to purchase these services. This is their definition of world class service? Certainly NOT what I would expect from a luxury brand! No mention of any of the reasons why I dropped off the vehicle, just what else can I sell you. So I called another dealer and learned that one of the items the vehicle was in fact due for, but they should have known that right up front. The second item is not in the vehicle's maintenance schedule and was NOT recommended by the other dealer unless the car is experiencing problems. But with only a text message I obviously have no background into why this was being recommended. So I answered the text message. No response. Sent a follow up text message. No response. So I called the dealer and the service advisor did not come on the phone, he simply gave the receptionist a message for me. So I sent a follow up text message and then left a message with the receptionist to have him call me. No response. Frustrated that I received no status updates on the reason why I brought my car there in the first place, I then sent a message stating that I did not when them diagnosing the check engine light problem and wanted to take my vehicle to another dealer. No response. Left a voice mail message the following day for the service manager Steve Henry explaining how unhappy I was and that the service advisor would not return any communications. He also did not call me back, but I finally did receive a call back from the service advisor. No apology or other explanation and no attempt from the service manager or anyone else to make things right. I picked up my car and will find a dealership that actually wants my business, both purchase and service. Also note: read your paperwork carefully. The service advisor will quote you a price estimate while handing you a written estimate for you to sign with a different estimate on it. Very shady! One other point: The advertised "perks" of buying from Fletcher Jones come with a catch. Like the free car washes. I took my vehicle for a car wash once because I was in the area. I spent an hour and 20 minutes waiting in line and had only made it half way. So I left and paid for my own car wash. If 2 hours and 40 minutes of your time is worth more than the $40 you would pay to get your car washed, then this perk really isn't worth anything. More

I didn't notice the bumper scrape for a couple of days but, other t My 2014 GLK received a slight injury to the right front bumper in the FJ carwash. I didn't notice the bumper scrape for a couple of days but, other than the carwash, there was no other explanation. I returned to FJ Service with my injured bumper 3 days later, they reviewed their records and immediately accepted responsibility and set a repair date for the following week. There was no "third degree questioning" or finger pointing. The repair was completed in 1 1/2 days at no charge to me. My GLK now looks as good as new - thank you to Fletcher Jones Service. More
