Hi Michelle, We appreciate your concerns and understand when an accident does occur it is inherently a less than ideal situation for any of the parties involved. The team in the Collision Center works very hard to assist every guest through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. Guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance to each of our team members and they are well equipped to deliver the highest levels of service to each of our guests. It is unfortunate that the associate that placed the call to inform the vehicle was ready for pick up did not thoroughly review the billing notes before calling. Upon thorough inspection of the claims and statements in this review it would be incorrect to state that any of the team members involved with the services rendered, exhibited any behaviors short of being true professional and courteous throughout the entire process. This statement is based on the accounts from each team member involved and confirmed with recorded video surveillance of the interaction depicted in this review. We would like to truly apologize for getting ahead of the special billing notes, which in turn caused a preemptive attempt to pick up the vehicle. Our team is happy to report that the billing has been settled with the insurance company promptly following receipt of this concern.
