Hi Eliz, We are truly sorry to read about your disappointment with your recent service visit. It is our understanding there were some concerns regarding a tire that was patched at our Service Center back on July 29th 2016 and that the patched tire was leaking. Since a new set of tires were purchased with us back on March 28th 2016 the vehicles tires fall within the warranty period for road hazard protection. Please accept our apologies that the advisor that provided the service to patch the tire on July 29th 2016 was not aware of the warranty and consequently charged $30.00 for the patch. We have since submitted a reimbursement request for the charge that should have been covered by the road hazard protection. During the most recent service on October 14th 2016 the vehicle came in with a concern that the patched tire was losing air. After very thorough testing of the tire in question it was determined that the tire was not losing air. These results would not qualify for a warranty replacement tire to be installed. Our team member’s consistently display genuine care and concern for each and every guest, if there is anything we may do assist you today or on the road ahead please let me know.
