Thought it would be more $$ I leased my Mercedes through a broker and he said that Fletcher Jones is known by all in Orange Countybof the place NOT to go to purchase a car - they I leased my Mercedes through a broker and he said that Fletcher Jones is known by all in Orange Countybof the place NOT to go to purchase a car - they supposedly overcharge. When it came time to service my lease and just having moved to Orange County I was hesitant to call....but this place is amazing! Service Type A was $300 cheaper than South Bay, Peter went above and beyond with explaining things to me, scheduling a shuttle making sure I had much needed coffe from their cafe. I was surprised that they even washed my car!! South Bay charged extra for that service. Peter texted me with updates and even called to let me know when my car was ready. How great to not have to always call THEM!!! Thanks so much!! More
