My stepson works hard for his money and he had to pay over $1000.00 for nothing and then dealing with some rude and unprofessional person. Thanks to Mr. Henry that took charge and took care of everything that was suppose to be done in the first place. If I ever bring any of our MB to your dealership I would not deal with anybody else but Mr. Henry. Fletcher Jones should be ashamed to have people like that working for them and be very thankful that you have people like Mr. Henry. More

One would thin I absolutely recommend Jon Derbyshire and Fletcher Jones Motorcars in Newport Beach to anybody needing to service their Mercedes-Benz. One would think that a dealership in Newport Beach would have such extreme overhead costs that one could not expect reasonable prices. Fortunately, this is not the case. My many experiences with Jon and FJ Motorcars have always been positive and reasonably priced. Jon has always been very open and honest about service priorities and has helped me to maintain my vehicles in top condition without breaking the bank. In fact, I had an older, out-of-warranty, E320 that I gave to my son. The car needed service and I inquired about servicing it at a number of local shops in order to save some money. In most cases, their prices were no better than FJ Motors and in all cases they did not have a wash service, rental car offering or the beautiful accommodations that FJ Motors provides. More

Convenience at its finest I was due for service and also scheduled to leave town for about a week. A simple phone call allowed me to schedule for the service to be accomplishe I was due for service and also scheduled to leave town for about a week. A simple phone call allowed me to schedule for the service to be accomplished in my absence and also allowed me to use the airport shuttle. I simply dropped my car at the shuttle, a couple of text messages while I was gone and the car was completed, clean and waiting for me when I returned. More
