I can't believe so many suckers buy a car there (myself included). They promise "complimentary" services and rental cars. The reality is that it costs over $1000 a week just to get a rental car from them and $300 for every detail and service. Basically $300 to wash your car. They don't even detail the inside. I asked them for a quote to fix a small scratch on my bumper. Richie said don't worry it will be $1000 - $2000 tops. That was about twice as much as I was expecting but I said ok. I ended up getting a quote for $3000. After the rental car bill of $1200 the grand total was over $4200 just because of a small fender bender. I was without a car for another week as it would have cost over $5000 to keep the rental car an additional week on top of that. Just know that every time you get in a fender bender in a Fletcher Jones Mercedes you will have to pay over $5000. Highway robbery. Worst service in America. If you are buying a luxury vehicle you have a million better options around Newport Beach and Los Angeles. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go to another dealership. More

Her professional and gracious manner put me at ease immediately. I was out the door and on my way quickly with a feeling that I was in great, trustworthy hands... Her communication by phone and email were the best I have received at FJ by far. She was informative with no pressure. When I arrived to pick up my car, instead of the usual 30 minute wait .....she had arranged to have my car washed and out front waiting for me....NO WAITING at all. This experience was stellar and I give Katelyn credit for a wonderful experience ! More
