She reached out to us immediately, and asked what she could do to help and that she was available any time by phone to answer questions or to meet in person. We scheduled an appointment to meet with her this past Saturday. She is not your typical pushy salesperson. She provided valuable information, took us on several test drives, took the time to answer all of our questions, and paid attention to the small details. Not once did we feel pressured or pushed into a purchase. She listened to our needs and went through all of our options. Even though we did not initially purchase a car, she still followed up and made sure we were taken care of, all with a friendly smile. We ended up returning the same day and she helped us find the exact car we wanted and we closed the deal. Another manager Kamran helped us get the paperwork started, while Ashley was in another appointment - just another example of how this whole dealership works as a team and well-oiled machine. Ashley picked up when she was done with her appointment. Finance manager April Torres was super friendly and helpful in going over financing options and the purchase documents. At delivery of the vehicle, Payden Evans walked us through all of the details of the car. He too was super friendly and made it a fun process of getting to know the car.
