She is the primary reason we bring our cars to Fletcher Jones f Stephanie Hurstrom has been our service provider for both of our cars for many years. She is the primary reason we bring our cars to Fletcher Jones for service. She is there to greet us in the early AM before her shift. She communicates the repairs needed and answers all questions we have about our service. She is attentive to our needs to have the car back at a specific time and meets those needs. In the rare cases the car needs to be kept overnight, she communicates the reason well in advance and has a loaner car set up for us to pick up with minimal time out of our day. If you have an award for Beyond Excellent Customer Service, we believe hands down the award goes to her. More

Excellent Service I brought my car in because the headlamp light was out. They quoted me $2500 to fix it which was outrageous. My car was still under warranty but this I brought my car in because the headlamp light was out. They quoted me $2500 to fix it which was outrageous. My car was still under warranty but this particular issue wasn’t covered. Randy looked at my history and also saw that I had the same issue twice before. He was able to get a goodwill exception and cover the costs for my repair. It was the right thing to do and going that extra mile guarantees me as a repeat customer. More
