My experience with Fletcher Jones Service department I recently moved to Huntington Beach and this was my first experience with Fletcher Jones Service department. Katelyn Truong was my assigned Service I recently moved to Huntington Beach and this was my first experience with Fletcher Jones Service department. Katelyn Truong was my assigned Service Advisor. The reason for my visit was related to a car accident and an insurance claim, so things were somewhat complicated as many parties were involved. Katelyn was great... professional, knowledgeable, responsive to my questions and needs, she provided excellent follow up, and helped me through this, for me, stressful experience. I give her 10 stars!!!! More

About As Pleasant An Experience As Possible Took my SL500 in with a service light on. I got a super detailed report on exactly what was going on in the car with recommendations prioritized. Base Took my SL500 in with a service light on. I got a super detailed report on exactly what was going on in the car with recommendations prioritized. Based on the report I got a "B" service and replaced the idler arm and bushings. What a difference!!! The car now steers and drives like brand new. I am very happy. Thanks Stephanie! More
